We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Create sticky day of game notification
Would be nice if horizon could create a sticky notification with game details roughly an hour before the official has to leave for the game (similar to what Google wallet does with event tickets on the day of event). Could link to the game details as directions to the event site.

Limit assignors by position
Similar to limiting assigners to locations, etc., you can limit assigners by position.
In all the minor hockey associations I deal with, the assigner for referees is different from the assigner for timekeepers.This would stop the assigner for accidentally assigning the wrong position. Also in doing this notifications regarding missing positions should only go to the assigners that are responsible for that position. i.e. missing timekeeper to time keeper assigners and missing referee to referee assigners.

Attach Payroll Adjustments to Games
Idea would be to add the assignment in which the contractor was deducted money from.
Currently, Admin can only see the date of when the monies were deducted. Please add which game the admin deducted monies from the contractor within this tab.
Whether it was fined due to removing the game from the contractor assignment or any other way to deduct.

availability detail "question marks" should be color coded based on availability
On the assigning window instead of having only one blue colored question mark to see the officials availability, color code them based on availability. Green = All day, Yellow = availability limitations. Possibly room for a color if available before 12 noon and another color for after 12 noon. It makes it easier for an assignor to utilize officials for specific availability rather than having to hover over each small question mark.

allows users to receive a summary of all changes made ( new partner, change of role, rather than 30 different ones
Sometimes, as I'm assigning or moving people to different roles, there are way too many notifications. If there was a way to send a daily summary of changes to the account or a way for admin to select when a notification is required

Adds games to Availability Overview graph when unavailable
Currently, there is no mechanism to allow assignors to view games on an official's Availability Overview when an official is unavailable. On the Master Schedule, the game appears, but not on the Overview graph.

Allow auto acceptance of individual official(s) by setting switch/check box but not to all officials/system setting.
If officials decline 3/5 games when available their account/official level become auto accept for any game assigned when they are available. This setting could be administrator setting directed towards the each official.3 votes -
Set primary email address on an Association level
Allow users to set a different primary email address per association they are part of. This would allow users to better separate the communication coming from Horizon, especially if they have different roles in different associations. (Example: person is an 'Official' in Association A, but an 'Assignor' in Association B, and needs to present a work email address to Association B, and only a personal email address to Association A).

Map with multiple filters and layers, including travel routes
Having a map for ALL (not just one) of a Selected Day’s games with multiple filters (or layers) including: Active Venues/Locations, Assigned On-floor/On-field officials, Assigned supervisors/timers/other, unassigned officials, unavailable officials, each with it’s own coloured/type of icon.
Most importantly, and the reason for this entire suggestion: For Selected Daily Locations with active games, a MAP overlay showing the map travel/ROUTE (coloured lines) for the Assigned officials to each venue would be invaluable (a bunch of unassociated dots on a map are of little value) — as an assignor, this would provide a quick visual to allow for shuffling officials in…

Availability to Account for Travel Time
Configure the list of eligible officials (based on availability) to factor: 1) the official's home address location; 2) the location of the arena/game/event; 3) the official's availability. Example: an official that's "available after 5pm" should not show as eligible for a 7pm game that's 400 kilometers from their home address as it's not possible for them to travel that distance in 2 hours. We have officials that travel anywhere from 10-700km so it's impossible for them to configure their availability accurately to accommodate this without inserting extensive availability notes.

Mileage Filter
A filter for officials to filter TBA requests with mileage, (ex, games within a 20 mile radius of their home). This would be a game changer for officials and make scheduling a lot easier.

Force fields to have a 'master location' (Like facility/park) to group them together
Since the horizon filter limits to 100 entries, some facilities could have 20-50 fields at one park.
Currently I am 'forced' to add all 50 fields to my search criteria individually....
When in actuality I really want any/all fields at this location to be shown, regardless of the field number.This could also be solved via a mileage... but park filtering seems better as it would allow better sorting.

Date blocked by assignor ical export
When the assignor has scheduled a game but not released it, the date shows on the availability calendar as blocked (for that upcoming assignment). I would like to see those blocks exported to the ical export so I can plan, and block, on my personal calendar. At times, our assignor schedules a month out and I would like to protect the integrity of the assignment in my personal calendar.

Allows Officials to see who is working games at their location on a specific date
Arbiter allows assignors to link sets of games. Not like Horizon "linking" for the purpose of assigning a block of games all to the same Officials, but essentially link all blocks of games at a site on a given date - and if enabled by admin/assignors, Officials can see who is working at the same time/location they are at. Very helpful for carpooling, and limiting declined games d/t driving distances. Otherwise, the assignor has to create a separate CSV or online Sheet and send it out to each official at a site on a given day - and keep sending…

Add a feature to process fees (+/-) for League/Game level and have these fees show on the Invoice.

Add Position Filter for Finance Reports
In the Finance Forms it would be a great benefit to be able to produce the Forms with a selection for Position so in our case the Umpire Mentors could be selected and payment invoices generated through the use of the Finance Forms
