We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. recurring meeting
I would like to have the option to add a recurring meeting, similar to the recurring game. We have a general meeting every week during the season and I'd like to be able to add a weekly meeting.

Location block for tba request
Location block should be in place for TBA request. I belong to a league that has 107 rinks and has geographical issues. 74 emails followed by app notification from Oct 14 to Oct 17

Officials listed in game by crew hierarchy
There is a hierarchy to the officials assigned to my games. It would be very convenient if I could make the officials listed on the games to default to this hierarchy, which for me is, Referee, Umpire, Field Judge.

Notify coaches & ADs on changes and cancellations
Your system would be nearly perfect for us if it notified coaches via email and/or text of any game cancellations or changes (just like it does with refs).

Notify Assignor of TBA Swap from Official to Official
With 50+ Games a day, it is tough to keep track of all your officials and if they actually got someone to take their games. Can we get a notification system that email / text messages the assignor to let us know "X" official sent "X" assignment(s) on "X" date to "Y" official? This would be extremely helpful to have and allow us to quickly view the assignment to make sure pay-rates and whatever is good!

Track members who decline a meeting request.
I would like the ability to see who declines a meeting request/invite. Currently the details screen only shows who has accepted and who has yet to respond.

Creates Referee Mileage Reports
Please consider a report from home to 1st site, and then site to site for balance of games, and then home afterwards for tax purposes.

Travel Distance Restrictions
I want to be able to restrict the distance I'm willing to travel from a given zip code for each day of the week. For example, I can't accept games until after 5pm M-F due to my day job which is easy enough to set up in my "Availability", but I would also like to restrict any games I'm assigned to within 5 miles of my job.

Multiple Availability Rules
We need more availability rules so student can block off their class schedules by hour and not by half days. Example: 9am-10am class, 6pm-9pm class.
Currently I can't do this and show I am available from 10am-6pm.
This is a high priority for me to do this for my business.

Allow All Assignors to Retract TBA Requests
Add a feature that would allow all assignors in an organization to retract TBAs, no matter the sender. Could be a toggle in account settings as an option for those that would like to use it. It is a very poor user experience to have to simulate a user to be able to retract a TBA from an assignment that has been filled.

no official change notification until new official has accepted
Wait to notify officials of a change in their crew until the new official added has accepted the game. Right now if we assign an official, the game crew gets a notification even before that official has accepted the game. If he declines the game, the crew gets another change notification when we assign a new official. Too many emails confuses people. It would be best to not send out a change in crew until the game has been accepted by the new official.

Allows text message reminders to be delivered at a given time before a game
Have an option for text message reminders to be sent at a specific time before a game (1 hour before, 2 hours before, etc...) instead of reminders for the entire day being sent at the same time.

game trade option
I know you can trade games through tba but I would like to see something similar to proposing a trade in a fantasy hockey draft. example, select the set of games you would like to get rid of, and then select different sets of someone elses from the public schedule and propose a trade. Anyone can accept or decline the trade request. The first trade that is accepted would void all of the other trade offers. if no one accepts, or responds, the set stays with the original owner just like with TBA games.

Google Calendar sync changes when game information changes
Any game change made should be synced when the member has Google Calendar Sync enabled.

When assigning, allowing to sort by Prior game will ensure that officials are working on a more regular basis

Time between seeing the same team
Allow assignors to set a minimum number of days between reffing the same team. Right now, if a team plays three home games in a week, the system would show the same official available for all three. I would like a switch, which was in our old system, to allow us to set a number of days for officials between seeing the same team. For instance, if an official was put in on the 1st of the month to officiate a team, and the number of days between games was 14, he wouldn't show up on the availability for that…

Coaches see just the number of officials scheduled
I don't need to see who is actually scheduled, just a confirmation that refs are assigned

Highlight games that are not fully assigned in the Master Schedule
I see that you have declined this request in the past, but please reconsider.
When you have a busy schedule it would be much more efficient to be prompted in the schedule itself for missing assignments..even if the # column highlighted, or changed colors.
When you have many games with a limited number of officials its beneficial to view missing slots with the surrounding assignments....this is why filters aren't necessarily the best option

Can a system option be added for assignors to allow for anonymous ratings or not allow for anonymous coaches ratings?

Customize Incident Report
Most of the things on the incident report look good. For our league - and all of Oregon High School officiating, it is required for a RED CARD EJECTION that a phone call be made to the commissioner that day/evening. It would be nice to have a slot that asks "Phone Call To League Commissioner?"
