This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Allows you to bulk reschedule cancelled games
When a game or more specifically a set of games are cancelled (i.e. due to weather, etc), they are cancelled in the system to notify the officials. Several days later when they are finally rescheduled, you have to manually do each individual game. The ability to bulk reschedule games would be huge.

Receive TBA emails for games at your desired venues only.
When games are put up for grabs due to an official that can't do them. You should only receive an email for the games from your approved sites and not all the sites.

Turnback requests applied to all linked games
Can you make the turnback request applicable to all linked games, so official doesn't have to do multiple turnbacks. It would be one request per linked games

Scheduling Fee
Users (officials) would have to pay a fee at the start of the season to use HorizonWebRef. The fee would be set by the system admin and a percentage would go to Horizonwebref.

Add self assign option
We are having constant problems on last minute openings with TBA requests and the extra back and forth it causes. This includes assigning the official per their request and then it turns into "oh I can't do it and I never accepted it." Other platforms allow officials to seamlessly grab these openings sometimes in the middle of the night when the assignor needs to be sleeping. And since it's a committed assignment once they hit the button, they know they have to be committed to take it.

Allow members to change their RSVP for a meeting.
It would be be good if members can "turn back" or change their RSVP for meetings to allowing catering and to adhere to Covid 19 protocols.

TBA counters should show how many officials requested a TBA for all schedulers across an organization to see
The TBA counter on the Master Schedule should alert how many TBAs there are across the site so when co-schedulers are trying to schedule, its a quick glance to see if there are any requests, so the co-scheduler doesn't need to go to "add official" for every game TBAed to see if there are any TBAs requested across the organization.

Create a counter summary report by official for all status captured by date range and ability to export to csv file
In the master schedule, the counter summary screen. Allow a date range to be selected, check box for which officials of interest and display summary of accepted, declined, turned back etc. Allow this output to be exported to a csv file.

A feature that would allow assignors to know who has viewed videos
I think it would be a great feature for assignors to know who has view any video that has been uploaded. This would help to know who is actually watching so we can keep up with officials that take an interest in improving their skills and are learning from the videos.

allows games to be assigned to schedulers so that no matter who may interact with the game, there is one scheduler of record
Currently paying schedulers is done by the scheduler of the game. Horizon logs the scheduler as the last person to interact with the game. If we could lock games down to a scheduler no matter who was the last to interact with the game, that would allow one scheduler to help out another without taking the pay from that original scheduler who did the lion's share of the work.

Limit access for assignors to not see banking information. Just schedule premissions.
I would like to grant access to assignors and schedulers but I don't want them to see banking information or balances in Horizon.

Association Policy Acceptance Report
Add the ability to generate a report that shows who has accepted the association policy and when and where, when the association policy acceptance feature is enabled.

Organize video library by folders
Hi would it be possible to add the functionality to the video Library that you have with the documents folder, so we are able to create different folders to organise and put the videos in, because at present where we have a lot of videos uploaded it can take a while to search through the videos to find the one you require. Also perhaps the ability to pick what page you want to jump to rather than just saying next 5 or previous 5 videos.

Allows custom sorting of games for invoices
Add a sort order function to the invoice screen. i.e. display invoicing sorted by date, rink, game code, etc...

Allow CSV import of player rosters
Allow import in csv. of team rosters. This would allow quicker input of team members, rather than having to add them one by one

Game Breakdown on Assign a game via Master Game Schedule,
Our association uses members in multiple functions and have multiple assignors.
Assignors have requested when consulting master game schedule page, then assign a game :
When scrolling over fields PRIOR GAMES & GAMES (giving total game count) a little window that pops up with more detailed break-down.
For example :
8 - Timekeeper
6 - Referee
2 - Supervisor(You can already do a game comparison via the availability page, but it means having to jump back and forth constantly to verify which people have worked what, when trying to equalize game counts).

"Read Email" feature added to Messages
As assignor, I would appreciate knowing who is reading and not reading my emails that I send out via Horizon Web Ref. Is there a way we can see who reads the messages we send out?
