Allow assignors to send out TBA when official sends Turnback Request
Currently we do not allow officials to send out TBA as we cannot control who gets the game - result could be an unqualified official. We do allow Turnback Requests but when the request comes in currently, we have to delete that official if we wish to send out a TBA Request. Would be great if a TBA Request could be sent out when an official sends in a Turnback Request. This way the official is still assigned to the game until someone responds to the TBA Request and the Assignor reassigns the game. Could go one step further and…

It would be nice to be able to list teams by leagues for ease of scheduling.

Need the Ability to Create Lists other then Members
It would be helpful to have the ability to create and save lists for Leagues, Game Codes, Ice Rinks, etc. This would be useful when searching in the Master Schedule and only needing to see for example youth games instead of having to select all the youth leagues every time you need to perform the search. Our association has more then one scheduler and they each schedule different level of games. This would make it easier for each scheduler to see only the games that they are responsible for.

Add ability to attach files to a game report. I have leagues that have gamesheets/rosters that have to be submitted with the game report.
Allow for attaching pdf or jpg to a game report so referees don't have to send a separate email to do so as well as submitting report on Horizonwebref

Need report to show cancelled games reason
When you cancel a game due to weather, field conditions, forfeit, etc there is no way to see what the cancellation is unless you go into each game separately. We have games that are paid differently based on reason cancellation.

flat rate mileage based on location
Allow for mileage to be paid strictly based on the location of the game. Park A pays $10, Park B pays $12, etc. We don't care where the official is coming from, mileage is paid based on where the game is.

Add indicators for an official under 18 - SafeSport
For assignors, schedulers, and officials.
Add an indicator to the master schedule and the personal schedule indicating that an official is under 18. Additionally, add a system setting to optionally warn an assignor when an adult (18 or over) and a minor (under 18) are scheduled together on a 2-official crew. This is to allow associations and officials to be better prepared to be SafeSport compliant with regard to officiating locker room policies of a governing body.

The setup Allowing to show # of umpires in the system does not appear to translate to the external schedule integration.

A separate Injury Report or at least a category should be added to the incident report.
Using the current incident report, which is clearly intended for infractions/ejections, is a bit awkward. Unless there was a deliberate act by another player, there is no offending player and no rules infraction.
The incident report is an easy and convenient way for Officials to document game incidents promptly following the game when memories are fresh.6 votesgathering community support · -
Member Directory - "All Officials" Hidden Option
Have an option in the System Settings that will hide the directory for "All Officials" to regular members. When having so many officials in the system, it helps privacy issues when dealing with multiple leagues.

Add a VSP to System Setting 52 to prevent unqualified officials from seeing and requesting games they are not qualified for.
System setting 52, as is, allows an official to give an assignment to an unqualified official, even with the warning. This results me and assignors getting an "TBA Unqualified Warning!", which then means we now have to react and fix the problem, i.e., reassign the game to a qualified official. That, of course, completely defeats the benefits of allowing officials to swap assignments among themselves.
The ultimate goal of the TBA System is to ensure the game is covered and has assignments filled however, with system setting 52, officials are trying to swap games that are already covered and assignment…

Exports to a file additional mini profile data for a Group
I want to analyze data about officials that are in a Group. The export feature available now does not include when they joined the organization, their age, and last login. This exported file could be limited to the administrator due to the sensitive nature of this information. The administrator could then decide whom to release that information. When there are a large number of names in a Group, it is too tedious to gather that information one-by-one by looking at the individual mini profiles.

Add Official facing rating report
We would like to keet the detail ratings for an official for internal use. We do however send a summary document with a few key things that the official did well as well as a few things for the official to focus on. Would like to have this added on to the rateings so that the mentor could complete both the internal rating as well as the official facing report in one shot. The summary should also attach to the official so that they can review it as well as it being avalable to future mentors and assigners.
