This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Detect Conflicts After Date/Time Change
There needs to be a feature that lets assignors know that when they move a game, an official is already assigned. This will allow the assignor to move the official if he wants, or not. By allowing the move with an official already assigned, the officials want to cherry pick and not go where they are needed most.

Allow to Sort TBA by Location
Currently the TBA's are sorted by Time only, which makes seeing sets at the same rink very difficult to see. It would be really useful if TBA's were sorted the same as in the Assignor view (Rink, then Time and Date)

View all ratings by each coach
Report that allows assignors to see all ratings for the season by each coach in league

Check In / Out
Have the option for referees to check in on the app and check out when the game is complete. Have a report feature as well for administrators. Also allow notifications to referee team and administration.

Allow an official to set a "max games per day" in their profile and then shut down availability once that number is met.
ie if I set my max to 2 games, once I have two games accepted in my schedule, close down my availability for that day. Would be great if this showed on the scheduler side as well so that if for instance, they tried to schedule an official for 3 games, it would show them that the official is only interesting in doing 2.

Home Team Venue Autofill
Can we get a feature that when you are adding the home team on the schedule if the home venue is linked to the team the venue is automatically filled?

TBA position in email notification
When a TBA goes out state which positions are open in the notification email.

linked position rather than linked games
ex. we run a 3 official system. 2 refs and 1 timekeeper. if there are 5 games in a night, generally the timekeeper stays for all 5 and the refs stay for either 2 or 3 games. I also like to stagger the refs so one ref does 3 games with someone only doing 2, then the next ref comes in for 3 games and he does 1 with the original ref for 1 game and his last 2 with a new official that comes in for 2 games.

Allow contact groups to be created for coaches and athletic directors
Ability to create contact groups for coaches and AD;s for specific league correspondence and information.

Allow only certain Game Types or Leagues to be TBA'd
We currently have three assignors and need a way for only one assignor's game types to be TBA'd by officials. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I believe the TBA system is either all on or all off.

Allow us to verify a second mobile number.
Some have no "home" phone number and others, like me, have a mobile number for work.

Edit Columns On Invoice
On the invoicing form, we should be able to select the available columns more easily. Currently there are columns for "Travel" and "Other" in there. We don't typically use either of them. If we could eliminate them, and alter their names, that would be more helpful. Our organization refers to the schedulers fee as an "Admin" fee, and I'm sure other organizations do things a little differently as well. This would give us more customization and flexibility.

Mandatory Meeting
When creating Meetings, an option to make the meeting mandatory should be available. By selecting the mandatory option, the meeting would function similar to a game in that it will show on the officials calendar and effect official availability. Conversely, an non-mandatory meeting would continue to function as it does today.
As officials' individual calendars can be shared among different associations/leagues and update simultaneously, this would help officials manage their calendars and availability better. It would also assist in preventing assignors from in other associations/leagues from scheduling the official when they need to attend a meeting.

Treasurer access only
I'd like to have a role for a treasurer where they can only see the financial reports, not the master schedule. I realize they would still be able to see the schedule via the payroll report but it would make more sense for them to be able to see only that, not the entire schedule at a glance.

Need the Ability to Create Lists other then Members
It would be helpful to have the ability to create and save lists for Leagues, Game Codes, Ice Rinks, etc. This would be useful when searching in the Master Schedule and only needing to see for example youth games instead of having to select all the youth leagues every time you need to perform the search. Our association has more then one scheduler and they each schedule different level of games. This would make it easier for each scheduler to see only the games that they are responsible for.

The ability to add a flat monthly fee to an invoice to a particular league.

Allow Officials to create game notes
Officials need a way to post notes to a game. In a situation where the period lengths are not what is being billed for, officials need to be able to create a note to indicate to the system admin that the fees need to be adjusted for a particular game.
I know you have a Game Report option, but this is not an optional item. A game note would not necessarily need to be created for each game.6 votesgathering community support · -

Interval Game Scheduler
We schedule 3,000 + games per year. When I add recurring games, I have to add a recurring game for the same field on the same night 4 different times for start times 6:15, 7:15, 8:15, 9:15 for example. It would be easier for us to just select that field and be able to say there are 4 games with 1 hour intervals starting at 6:15 and then have that apply to the date range we have selected. It would reduce my time entering games by 75%. I know this would be a bit more complicated to program though!
