Allow different Address than Home to be used for mileage
Some officials attend college, and have a different local address than their mailing address. If the user can specify a different address than their home address to be used for mileage it would be helpful.
This address could be the work address or a different local address.
An alternative would be to expose the mileage calculations via the API and allow it to be overridden.

Should allow a different starting zip code for each day of the week. Many officials have very different starting locations depending on work, play and other commitments which can vary daily.
