Turn off anonymous Coach Ratings
Can a system option be added for assignors to allow for anonymous ratings or not allow for anonymous coaches ratings?

As an assignor, I want to be able to turn on/off the feature which permits anonymity of ratings. I cannot respond to a coach, specifically, without having this option.

On official rating breakdown can we see the coaches name and team versus just "coach". This is a quick reference guide when assigning to see past performance with teams.
