This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Add ONE column to bill to personal that list their permission/bill to/organization

    When I export my bill to personnel in excel... I need to see what group/organization they correspond with. This is technically the 'bill to' they correspond with. I am making a master list and I can only find out by clicking their profile one by one. It should spit it out just like their town, number or email in the members directory.

  3. Ability to sort documents by upload date

    There are a lot of documents being uploaded. Currently the default view is by name of document but If I am interested in the latest document I need to hunt through the documents to find the one the latest email relates to.
    Please allow sort by date function on the documents view. Should be an easy update as you have the dates already in the system.

  4. enables the export of the Full List of Blocks to Excel or CSV.

    Add functionality that will allow me to export the Full List of Blocks table to Excel or CSV. Our officials have to register with the national governing body as well as a local assigning chapter. Failure to do one or both of those will result in them being blocked to all game codes (didn't register with the NGB) or specific position codes (registered with the NGB but not the local chapter). I can better analyze and manage the blocks by being able to export them to Excel and filtering and sorting there.

  6. Email games for week

    During initial transition to horizon ref we need to be able to generate a report of the games for the week that we can email to anyone we want. For example we have someone on the team for scheduling the refs who isn't computer literate. We want to be able to email him the schedule weekly. Also to everyone during transition

  7. Set up a poll function so we can get feedback from the coaches and officials on how well the system worked.

    Set up a poll with 3 or 4 questions on how the system worked.
    1) Rate the system performance from 1 to 5- (5 being the highest rating)
    2) What was the biggest challenge you had with the system this year?
    3) What would you like to see to improve or is is good the way it is?

  8. Folders for Teams list

    When I go to select a team from the list I created, it would be nice to quickly go to a folder instead of scrolling to get to a team. Example, all my High School teams would be in a HS folder, College teams all in a College folder etc...

  10. Better permissions needed for club directors

    Better permissions are needed for club directors. A.D. accounts have a team limit that is lower than many clubs have. Making all the games home team of "CLUB FC" doesn't work for tracking which of their teams are which or importing their schedules. League/field accounts are view only and can't request changes.

  12. Automatically expiring certifications

    Custom profile fields can store information but not automatically block officials from assignments after their expiration date. Contact groups also require manual updates.

  13. Choose whether to require reaccept

    Minor changes, such as a field number change at the same park, should not force officials to have to reaccept or assignors to chase down officials who forgot or "forgot" they already committed.

  14. Game Report Scoring

    When there is a tie of 0 to 0, the score does not show up in the completed games on the master schedule. Please change it so that I can scroll down and see that every game has been reported.

  15. Game History

    It would be helpful to be able to keep a history of a game that logs changes to the game. So I can look back and see what day it was originally scheduled for or if the level changed. its easier than having to remember and track changes on my own. thanks

  16. Australian Banking

    In Australia, we use a bank state branch (BSB) rather than a routing number. As far as I'm aware, there is no option to change the bank details you enter to suit countries outside of America. Could you look into the issue?

  17. Enter Teams in specific game codes

    The ability to add teams to different Game Codes would make the team list easier to navigate. If I am doing a u14B game, I do not need to see teams from any other age group. Right now I have to search for the team. I would like to only have to search teams that are U14B.

  18. TBA Request and Availability Calendar

    It would be nice to be able to overlay TBA requests into the Availability calendar. This would allow officials/referees to select games based on availability without having to go back and forth, search, reset, etc. Much more intuitive

  19. Add position filter to Schedule Search & Filter

    Problem: In TBAs, I have to look through many games that already have two referees assigned, but need a scorekeeper.

    It would be super helpful to filter the schedule such that I could show only the games that need a referee
