We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Games Added within 5 Days Have to Be Approved
If games are added without enough notice, then it could be missed by our assigner.

Allow Leagues/Teams/Schools to Pay Officials through the Payment Center
A lot of schools in my area - CIF Southern Section - pay officials through RefPay and prefer that method.

Decline and Turn Back reporting to include the position originally assigned to
While it is nice to have the basic information of match date, time, competition included in the counter listing, could you also please add the Position that they were assigned to when they declined/turned back an appointment.

Allow the Members Directory to be filtered by Custom Profile fields not just contact groups.
Currently the Members Directory defaults to "All Officials" with a drop down to select by user type ("Schedulers") or Contact Groups. If you use Custom Profile Fields to track anything it should be usable as a filter for the Directory, either as a single field sort (field is present for a particular profile) or more usefully, a dynamic filter with option for logic function to be applied to the field. Best implementation would be a varadic filter which can be created and saved to work the same way as a Contact Group - alternatively if the backend supports it simple…

Games in the future that are canceled by the Owner/assignor should be allowed to be deleted or at least blocked on the officials screen.

They should be deleted only on the viewing status. There is not need for them to be deleted from the database.
Leaving canceled games up for the officials to view is confusing.2 votes -

As part of the Excel export from the Members Directory include the Officials associated Contact Groups.

Provide a Warning When Importing Games Whose Location/Time Conflict with an Existing Game
Please provide a warning or optional warning when importing games from a CSV which have a date/time/location conflict with an existing game.
This feature exists when entering games manually, but for a bulk import the new game would be added without any notification of a potential problem in time or location.

Export or mass view of Association Personnel and their Association Affiliation instead of having to go individually
It would save time to be able to view all the Association Affiliations for all Association Personnel users instead of having to view each one individually. Including this in an export would work. This same feature could be used for the Scheduler user in knowing what Associations, Game Codes, and Venues they are allowed to see.

TBA Requests Readability
The TBA requests page is largely just text, and sometimes it can be a little disorienting when trying to figure out where days start and stop. Some sort of alternating color separation for days (or boundaries between days) would be very helpful.

Allows the assignor to see multiple game assignment windows at the same time
It would be helpful to be able to look at all the available officials (calendar/TBA responses) for all the games on the same day concurrently. This way you can see the "big picture" to determine where/when you're sending officials.

default game length
Default game length. I know there is a default game length, but that is assuming all games are the same length. It would be nice if you could set a default game length for each age group if it were available.

Ability to truly BLOCK officials from sending each other emails
Even though the system currently keeps officials emails private with that feature enabled, it is still possible for them to send each others email and try to "swap" games, etc. We need a master switch to disable all but assignors from sending emails. Maybe a "block" box next to the "private" box.
