This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Location block for tba request
Location block should be in place for TBA request. I belong to a league that has 107 rinks and has geographical issues. 74 emails followed by app notification from Oct 14 to Oct 17

Hide score in the master schedule if not submitted
After an official submits a game report, the score shows up on the master schedule... unless the scosre is 0 to 0, then it APPEARS as though no one submitted a game report! How about if you make it so that 0 to 0 scores show up on the master schedule as 0 to 0 once a game report is filed. Thank

Customize Official Ratings Questions by Position
We should be able to customize questions based on the position the official is working. For example, Positioning does not apply to a Timekeepers job.

Scheduling Fee
Users (officials) would have to pay a fee at the start of the season to use HorizonWebRef. The fee would be set by the system admin and a percentage would go to Horizonwebref.

Create Contact Groups based on distance / region
Allow you to create a contact group of all officials within a certain regional area, maybe by selecting off the map.
I assign as part of a national association and only want to reach my officials in a small area. Instead of going thru the thousands of people one by one it would be much easier to put up the map or sort by distance to select my officials for my group.

Only require 1 rating per linked game set
If there are linked assignments, only have one rating fellow official requirement. For example, not have to rate fellow official 3 times for each of the 3 linked games

Send a unique email when a game is edited (changed)
Today, when a game is edited (date, time, or field), the assigned officials get a message that makes it appear they have received a new game. Then, some officials wonder what happened to the other game, the one that disappeared. Its the same game, only its at a new date or time. It is confusing for officials.
My idea is when a game is changed, send the assigned officials a message: Game #12345 has been changed. The date or time or field has been updated. You must re-accept the game.29 votes -
On your Incident reports. Please put a drop down that gives a choice between 'CAUTION" (or yellow) and "disqualification" (or red) card.

eSports Desk Integration
We use eSports Desk for our league scheduling in Australia and when changes are made or games uploaded we would like them to populate in Horizon.

Print adjustments for a specific time frame.
I want to be able to print the current month's adjustments with out the entire year.

Don't allow officials to give games to unqualified officials using the TBA System.
At this time, any official can request any game from another official using the TBA system, even if they aren't rated. This causes the assignors to constantly be monitoring the alerts. Is there a way to have it as a preference if the organization does not want unqualified officials to be able to request those games? It is good for them to see the games if they are in a set, but not be able to 'grab' them.

Expand Manual Game ID Length to 12 Characters
Hello,
The game import is an important feature to bring games in from associations. The Game ID field is limited to 8 characters however some of the games being imported have up to 12 characters due to the association settings.
Would it be possible to change the field length from 8 to 12? This will greatly assist with game updates as they come in. They can be updated en masse rather than one by one.

flat rate mileage based on location
Allow for mileage to be paid strictly based on the location of the game. Park A pays $10, Park B pays $12, etc. We don't care where the official is coming from, mileage is paid based on where the game is.

Edit linked games
When editing game information can you have the option to update all linked games. So, you don't have to update each game individually.

Turnback requests applied to all linked games
Can you make the turnback request applicable to all linked games, so official doesn't have to do multiple turnbacks. It would be one request per linked games

The ability to add links to local website field conditions to the home page

Need report to show cancelled games reason
When you cancel a game due to weather, field conditions, forfeit, etc there is no way to see what the cancellation is unless you go into each game separately. We have games that are paid differently based on reason cancellation.

Track TBAs posted by schedulers
Track the number of TBAs issued by scheduler.
How many TBAs they are posting and how many days in advance those TBAs are being posted. This would be helpful in grading assignors/schedulers.This would track games being posted rather than being accepted
