Allows coaches to electronically sign an umpire voucher that they worked the game.
In a league with a lot of youth umpires, we have instances of no show umpires. We currently have a paper voucher system that the umpires are required to have both Home and Away coaches sign. That is then turned into the League for Payment. I am asking the developers to develop an approval process for the coaches that is used to validate that the umpire showed up on time and worked the game. This will then be tied as a key part of an umpire payment approval process. League personal could then run a report out of Horizon to see how much an umpire is owed.
