This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Games Same Day Indicator

    It would be nice to have the indicator show the Game Type next to the Game Times that show when hovering over the icon.

  3. adds a comment to the response to a TBA notice.

    There is a TBA game that I would like to request, but I can currently only work games as a mentored official. Including a comment to the response would allow me to conditionally request games if when responding to a TBA request, if I could add a comment saying that I can only do games with a mentor at this time.

  4. allows you to see the game stats for any chosen league rather than for all the leagues for the entire season.

  6. Ratings Comments show Date & Game ID

    knowing where you stopped reviewing all of the comments can be cumbersome and time consuming. A simple posted date by the author would be very helpful in one of the columns

  7. show games where adjustments were applied

    I can't tell which games have adjusted pay. It only shows the total at the bottom. Is there a way to show the adjustments on the pay list? For example; pay, adjustment, net pay per game.

  9. Min & Max Rankings for Positions

    Right now we can enter either a minimum ranking requirement or a Maximum ranking requirement for each position.

    I would like to be able to enter a range with both a minimum and maximum ranking for each position.

  10. Filter Custom SMS Recipients by Availability

    It would be nice to be able to filter umpires that are available/unavailable that are part of a group and then be able to send an SMS message to them. That way, I'm not sending a message to umpires that are already scheduled when trying to fill an open spot.

  12. Edit linked games

    When editing game information can you have the option to update all linked games. So, you don't have to update each game individually.

  13. Print adjustments for a specific time frame.

  15. On your Incident reports. Please put a drop down that gives a choice between 'CAUTION" (or yellow) and "disqualification" (or red) card.

  16. Only require 1 rating per linked game set

    If there are linked assignments, only have one rating fellow official requirement. For example, not have to rate fellow official 3 times for each of the 3 linked games

  17. Hide score in the master schedule if not submitted

    After an official submits a game report, the score shows up on the master schedule... unless the scosre is 0 to 0, then it APPEARS as though no one submitted a game report! How about if you make it so that 0 to 0 scores show up on the master schedule as 0 to 0 once a game report is filed. Thank

  20. System default for teams. Instead of blank put TBA and TBA2 in the teams block or a setting for us to determine the default setting.
