This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Exports to a file additional mini profile data for a Group
I want to analyze data about officials that are in a Group. The export feature available now does not include when they joined the organization, their age, and last login. This exported file could be limited to the administrator due to the sensitive nature of this information. The administrator could then decide whom to release that information. When there are a large number of names in a Group, it is too tedious to gather that information one-by-one by looking at the individual mini profiles.

TBA Requests Readability
The TBA requests page is largely just text, and sometimes it can be a little disorienting when trying to figure out where days start and stop. Some sort of alternating color separation for days (or boundaries between days) would be very helpful.

Bring up "Games Same Day" when rolling over official's name in Master Game Schedule
Currently rolling over official name in Master Game Schedule only brings up Personal Profile -- not very useful -- Games Same Day for an official requires going back/forth to Assignment Window or Availability Calendar

Affiliate teams with specific locations
i love the updates! I have many towns and 40 different fields that they play on. would it be possible, that once the team is chosen while adding new games, when you click on the "field" only the fields associated with that team show up??? there could also be a "show all fields" tab just in case??

Allow rosters to be imported and exported into a csv file
Allow rosters to be imported and exported into a csv file. Would be much easier than typing individually. It's amazing to me that this is not a feature

Toggle permission for assignors to add locations/teams
Currently, there is a toggle option for assignors to be able to add games to the schedule. In that same menu, we would like an option for administrators to toggle whether or not assignors can add locations and/or teams. We have added all locations and teams for our assignors, but they still add their own (duplicated with different names), and we would prefer that they work within the framework that we've already set up for them.

TBA Request Report of Officials
I would like to pull a report of all officials who submit a TBA Request to display date/time of match, location. This will help with ensuring continuity of assignments at a given location

Add a "created_on" field to the User type
I am developing an automation script to periodically query for and delete users who have not configured a postalcode and who have not logged into HWR for two weeks. Most of the users that I find in these filtered query results, though, have never logged in to HWR once. These were registered through our existing registration automation script, so they have a "lastloggedin" value of null. Therefore, I can't distinguish users who registered yesterday from those who registered a year ago. Would you be willing to add a "createdon" field to the User type? This would…

Expand the printable payment voucher to the Athletic Directors portal when they click on game details.

Detect Conflicts After Date/Time Change
There needs to be a feature that lets assignors know that when they move a game, an official is already assigned. This will allow the assignor to move the official if he wants, or not. By allowing the move with an official already assigned, the officials want to cherry pick and not go where they are needed most.

Pay Details on Master Game Schedule
As a Treasurer for a Referee Association, it would be great to be able to hover overtop of the Officials on a game while looking at the Master Game Schedule and see their pay rate. Also, if there was an extra column while viewing the Master Game Schedule that would say the total rate for the game. This would allow us to make sure that the correct rate is assigned. We can't see this when doing a Billing for an Association as it doesn't break down how much each official is getting so if there is a discrepancy while doing…

Export or mass view of Association Personnel and their Association Affiliation instead of having to go individually
It would save time to be able to view all the Association Affiliations for all Association Personnel users instead of having to view each one individually. Including this in an export would work. This same feature could be used for the Scheduler user in knowing what Associations, Game Codes, and Venues they are allowed to see.

External Calendar Display
we would like a feature where on the master schedule page there was a link to the associations external calendar. The external calendar would display tournament weekends/weeks throughout the season where we would expect a larger demand for officials. The hope is that officials would plan/schedule accordingly knowing that certain periods would have high demand.

Meeting Assignment Interface
Need the UI updated for meeting invites. Does not work well when the meetings are virtual. Should have the option to input a "Teams" or Zoom", etc link so the officials know where to go which is also included in the email notification. This should not be a note. Should be able to setup a Meeting location that is "Virtual" as well so no address is required and notifications are not given to the admins for incorrect address.

Allow for auto-assign run limited to officials that submit TBA requests
I use the TBA system liberally and put most of my game out on TBA to gauge interest. To be able to auto-assign games solely used officials that responded to TBA request would allow me to fill those games solely with officials that expressed desire to do the game. I could then run a separate auto-assign for the rest of the games using the rest of the officials.
