This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Travel Distance Restrictions

    I want to be able to restrict the distance I'm willing to travel from a given zip code for each day of the week. For example, I can't accept games until after 5pm M-F due to my day job which is easy enough to set up in my "Availability", but I would also like to restrict any games I'm assigned to within 5 miles of my job.

  2. Mass Edit: Pay rate change

    It is nice to have the "Mass Edit" tool, but can we add a way to change the pay rates of multiple games by one click? Would be nice to even be able to click one official and change his/her pay rates for all the games that we click to add.

  4. Notify Assignor of TBA Swap from Official to Official

    With 50+ Games a day, it is tough to keep track of all your officials and if they actually got someone to take their games. Can we get a notification system that email / text messages the assignor to let us know "X" official sent "X" assignment(s) on "X" date to "Y" official? This would be extremely helpful to have and allow us to quickly view the assignment to make sure pay-rates and whatever is good!

  5. Expanded use of the Welcome page allowing quick refrefence.

    Allow for the expanded use of the welcome page to add content on who should be contacted, roles and positions within the organization.

    Also a section for new news to share with the members as they login. that would be a continuous scroll.

  6. Hide/Show/Invoice games based upon selection-by-checkbox.

    It seems there are a lot of ways to filter games... except via the checkbox.

    I looked through the online help / knowledge base and did not find anything like that.

  7. Training Tracker

    Have the capability to have referees sign up for courses and have the steps for training listed and get checked off by the assigner or administrator before eligible to referee.

  8. Allow Leagues/Teams/Schools to Pay Officials through the Payment Center

    A lot of schools in my area - CIF Southern Section - pay officials through RefPay and prefer that method.

    Some have no "home" phone number and others, like me, have a mobile number for work.

  11. Need the Ability to Create Lists other then Members

    It would be helpful to have the ability to create and save lists for Leagues, Game Codes, Ice Rinks, etc. This would be useful when searching in the Master Schedule and only needing to see for example youth games instead of having to select all the youth leagues every time you need to perform the search. Our association has more then one scheduler and they each schedule different level of games. This would make it easier for each scheduler to see only the games that they are responsible for.

  12. Assign a crew instead of individual officials

    We work in set crews with 5 officials assigned to specific positions. It would be greatly beneficial for us if we could create those crews and then just assign the Referee and have the rest of the crew auto fill. If someone is unavailable for that game, this functionality should leave that position empty for the assignor to fill in the blanks.

  13. recurring meeting

    I would like to have the option to add a recurring meeting, similar to the recurring game. We have a general meeting every week during the season and I'd like to be able to add a weekly meeting.

  14. Officials listed in game by crew hierarchy

    There is a hierarchy to the officials assigned to my games. It would be very convenient if I could make the officials listed on the games to default to this hierarchy, which for me is, Referee, Umpire, Field Judge.

  15. Zip Code Auto Fills other address items when adding Location

    When entering a Location, you should only have to enter the zip code and it could auto fill the city and state.

  16. Turn off anonymous Coach Ratings

    Can a system option be added for assignors to allow for anonymous ratings or not allow for anonymous coaches ratings?

  17. Copy Location to create another similar one

    From list of fields, have a Copy / Duplicate option so it creates a new Location with the same parameters but a slightly different name so most of the contents are already entered.

  18. Limit teams to certain leagues for ease of scheduling

    It would be nice to be able to list teams by leagues for ease of scheduling.

  19. Be able to import coaches from a spreadsheet

    It is very time consuming when you have 50+ coaches to add individually.

  20. Keeps schedule at the assignment so that we do not have to rescroll from the top for every accepted assignment.

    Keep the assignment at the page do you do not have to keep scrolling down to a new one. Also a swipe to access the new assignment from the most recently accepted one would be nice too
    Sometimes I’ve had to scroll over 40+ assignments to accept new ones and there are times I’ve missed assignments because I scrolled too far and did not accept one !! This would be very helpful when you have 15-20 game assignments for a tournament !!
