We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Include SportsEngine.com Game ID # in Game Schedule export report
Our league administrator uploads games from SportsEngine into Horizon and one of the tasks is to reconcile SportsEngine with Horizon periodically due to schedule changes in SportEngine. Including the SportsEngine game number in the schedule export file will aid greatly in the efficiency of reconciling the two systems.

Allow for auto-assign run limited to officials that submit TBA requests
I use the TBA system liberally and put most of my game out on TBA to gauge interest. To be able to auto-assign games solely used officials that responded to TBA request would allow me to fill those games solely with officials that expressed desire to do the game. I could then run a separate auto-assign for the rest of the games using the rest of the officials.

Pay Details on Master Game Schedule
As a Treasurer for a Referee Association, it would be great to be able to hover overtop of the Officials on a game while looking at the Master Game Schedule and see their pay rate. Also, if there was an extra column while viewing the Master Game Schedule that would say the total rate for the game. This would allow us to make sure that the correct rate is assigned. We can't see this when doing a Billing for an Association as it doesn't break down how much each official is getting so if there is a discrepancy while doing…

Ability to filter master schedule by preset saved groups to be able to better assign specific areas.

Limit assignors by position
Similar to limiting assigners to locations, etc., you can limit assigners by position.
In all the minor hockey associations I deal with, the assigner for referees is different from the assigner for timekeepers.This would stop the assigner for accidentally assigning the wrong position. Also in doing this notifications regarding missing positions should only go to the assigners that are responsible for that position. i.e. missing timekeeper to time keeper assigners and missing referee to referee assigners.

availability detail "question marks" should be color coded based on availability
On the assigning window instead of having only one blue colored question mark to see the officials availability, color code them based on availability. Green = All day, Yellow = availability limitations. Possibly room for a color if available before 12 noon and another color for after 12 noon. It makes it easier for an assignor to utilize officials for specific availability rather than having to hover over each small question mark.

Adds games to Availability Overview graph when unavailable
Currently, there is no mechanism to allow assignors to view games on an official's Availability Overview when an official is unavailable. On the Master Schedule, the game appears, but not on the Overview graph.

Allow auto acceptance of individual official(s) either by switch/check box but not to all officals/system setting
Allow auto acceptance of individual official(s) by setting switch/check box but not to all officials/system setting.
If officials decline 3/5 games when available their account/official level become auto accept for any game assigned when they are available. This setting could be administrator setting directed towards the each official.3 votes -
Add Position Filter for Finance Reports
In the Finance Forms it would be a great benefit to be able to produce the Forms with a selection for Position so in our case the Umpire Mentors could be selected and payment invoices generated through the use of the Finance Forms

Prevent unwanted multiple positions from assignment
For baseball, we almost always have 1 plate umpire, 1 base umpire. When i created the positions, 1 base umpire max / 1 plate umpire max was specified. Change the assigning software to prevent me from assigning 2 or more base / plate umpires when i have specified a max of 1.

Games Added within 5 Days Have to Be Approved
If games are added without enough notice, then it could be missed by our assigner.

Decline and Turn Back reporting to include the position originally assigned to
While it is nice to have the basic information of match date, time, competition included in the counter listing, could you also please add the Position that they were assigned to when they declined/turned back an appointment.

Provide a Warning When Importing Games Whose Location/Time Conflict with an Existing Game
Please provide a warning or optional warning when importing games from a CSV which have a date/time/location conflict with an existing game.
This feature exists when entering games manually, but for a bulk import the new game would be added without any notification of a potential problem in time or location.

Allows the assignor to see multiple game assignment windows at the same time
It would be helpful to be able to look at all the available officials (calendar/TBA responses) for all the games on the same day concurrently. This way you can see the "big picture" to determine where/when you're sending officials.

default game length
Default game length. I know there is a default game length, but that is assuming all games are the same length. It would be nice if you could set a default game length for each age group if it were available.

Add export to excel option for ratings
Add an export for coaches/observer ratings and comment to excel - this would allow supervisors to sort by official being rated, coach and observer for viewing. Would allow like comments to evaluated for official feedback
