We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Searching schedule by date added/entered
Would be great to be able to search games by the time / date entered into the platform.

Allow assignors to send out TBA when official sends Turnback Request
Currently we do not allow officials to send out TBA as we cannot control who gets the game - result could be an unqualified official. We do allow Turnback Requests but when the request comes in currently, we have to delete that official if we wish to send out a TBA Request. Would be great if a TBA Request could be sent out when an official sends in a Turnback Request. This way the official is still assigned to the game until someone responds to the TBA Request and the Assignor reassigns the game. Could go one step further and…

Add the blue question mark to the "unavaiable" officials page during assigning
When assigning it would be very handy to be able to see an officials availability for that given day (or weekend) when you hover over his name or rank or somewhere in the "Show unavailable officials" box since sometimes they're being set to "unavailable" because of their manual rank and not their actual calendar.
This would alleviate having to click out of the assign view and into the calendar each time you want to check someones hours.

flat rate mileage based on location
Allow for mileage to be paid strictly based on the location of the game. Park A pays $10, Park B pays $12, etc. We don't care where the official is coming from, mileage is paid based on where the game is.

Interval Game Scheduler
We schedule 3,000 + games per year. When I add recurring games, I have to add a recurring game for the same field on the same night 4 different times for start times 6:15, 7:15, 8:15, 9:15 for example. It would be easier for us to just select that field and be able to say there are 4 games with 1 hour intervals starting at 6:15 and then have that apply to the date range we have selected. It would reduce my time entering games by 75%. I know this would be a bit more complicated to program though!

Automatically give a TBA to first response
When requesting a game from another official on the TBA board, it should be on a first come, first serve basis. Instead of having the official trading the game decide who gets it and have to confirm, the game should automatically appear on that official's schedule, the moment he requests it. This would eliminate any bias as to who does games, and simplify the whole process.

Bring up "Games Same Day" when rolling over official's name in Master Game Schedule
Currently rolling over official name in Master Game Schedule only brings up Personal Profile -- not very useful -- Games Same Day for an official requires going back/forth to Assignment Window or Availability Calendar

Customize Official Ratings Questions by Position
We should be able to customize questions based on the position the official is working. For example, Positioning does not apply to a Timekeepers job.

Based on certain criteria, automatically apply a pre-defined travel fee to games
Would make our assignors lives a bit easier if there was a way to tell the travel/mileage system to automatically apply a travel fee for each official on the game if certain criteria are met.
I know not all associations have this, but most I know do some sort of single game fee.
Example:
Automatically add $5 travel to each official on all games that are:
Example League, Mite, Squirt or Peewee, Do not have a game within X minutes of the start time or end time of game in question.

Location Notes
It would be nice to have a notes field in the location record in which a person can add addition information such as parking information, etc...

Specify crew chief in bold or all caps
When working more than two umpires in baseball, we need to have a crew chief assigned. The crew chief is not always going to work the plate. So, we should be able to denote the crew chief without having to create four different positions with crew chief attached. This would make my assigning positions list less cumbersome.

Minimum rest time after set of games
Settings can be altered to identify when officials are available to officiate after assignments. If an official is set to become available immediately after an assignment, that official can be scheduled at another venue. If the settings are changed to allow for a minimum time period after the assignment, that official is now not available for linked assignments based on the time period identified.
Would it be possible to modify the filter to have the official become available based on the assignment?
For example, an official skating hockey in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association must have three hours rest after…

View multiple contact groups at one time and email those multiple contact groups
Allow assignors to select and message multiple contact groups at one time.

Allows you to delay a set of games simultaneously due to weather.
Instead of editing each game time on bad weather days, you can select multiple games and choose to delay by 30 minutes or hour or 2 hours,etc
Example all games are delayed by an hour on field..... .
