Feature Suggestions
This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Show who added a member to your association
In the member's profile, you can add a tab that show's which super user added the member to our association.

Add ONE column to bill to personal that list their permission/bill to/organization
When I export my bill to personnel in excel... I need to see what group/organization they correspond with. This is technically the 'bill to' they correspond with. I am making a master list and I can only find out by clicking their profile one by one. It should spit it out just like their town, number or email in the members directory.

Automatically expiring certifications
Custom profile fields can store information but not automatically block officials from assignments after their expiration date. Contact groups also require manual updates.

Choose whether to require reaccept
Minor changes, such as a field number change at the same park, should not force officials to have to reaccept or assignors to chase down officials who forgot or "forgot" they already committed.

Enter Teams in specific game codes
The ability to add teams to different Game Codes would make the team list easier to navigate. If I am doing a u14B game, I do not need to see teams from any other age group. Right now I have to search for the team. I would like to only have to search teams that are U14B.

filter payroll by position
filter payroll by position (i.e. referees vs. timekeepers). We do a payroll for these two separately.

Contact all officials within specified distance to any arena
Have the ability to go into the member directory and select all officials within a specific distance to any arena so I can contact those close to that arena instead of sending emails out league wide. TBA games has this functionality but just emailing does not.

Can you create a filter for assignors that filters for Home team.
Right now, I can filter by my team and the rink they where they are scheduled. I see BOTH their away games and their home games at other rinks. The HOME games are the only games that concern me as the assignor. Is there a way to add a filter in the "Schedule and Search" window to show Home team?

Prefer certain officials to work with
to have a say in who you work with or get along with instead of having to work with an official that you may not get along with as well as others

Referee Game Report - suggest add an option for a date filter .
Referee Game Report - suggest add an option to add a date filter . So users can select one date or dates (Sept 16, 17 & 18, 2022) to display the game results

I would like to pull a report of all officials who submit a TBA Request to display date/time of match, location. This will help with ensuring continuity of assignments at a given location

Affiliate teams with specific locations
i love the updates! I have many towns and 40 different fields that they play on. would it be possible, that once the team is chosen while adding new games, when you click on the "field" only the fields associated with that team show up??? there could also be a "show all fields" tab just in case??

"Group Name" a column on export for availability
We assign games by local regions. Each official is put into a group representing that region. Currently there is no way to export the entire staff and sort by group. This means if I have 27 groups to assign for, I have to manually export each of the 27 groups each time I assign. By adding a "group name" column, I could sort it in Excel.

When looking at ineligible umpires show why ineligible - already scheduled or marked out for day or time
You can see available umpires availability when booking games, but when you go to ineligible umpires we need an easy way to look at their hours of availability as we might be able to convince them to do more or stay late, etc without having to leave the scheduler and go see availability for a certain person.

Ability for scheduler to add notes for officials/umpires that can be seen when scheduling
You can see notes that umpire/official puts in. However it would be good to make notes about an official/umpire that only scheduler can see when scheduling games. Example John prefers only 3 games a day, likes to call older age groups and prefers to work with Sam

Swap officials in the Mass Edit
If an official gets hurt, sick or can't make the group of assigned games, you would be able to replace all their games in a date/time window with another official. Simply replace one with the other.

Mileage Visibility
When i want to check to see if mileage has been added to an officials game fee i have to click on game then look then go back to master schedule find next ref and do the same. Should be way to see both refs at once and my looking at master schedule that mileage has been added.. change the color of the $ sign or something

Add date/time assignment created to game schedule & detailed payroll report exports
Add the 'assignment created' date/time field to the game schedule & detailed payroll report exports (csv). The reports currently include the 'assignor' field which displays the assignor who created the assignment but not the date/time of same.
