This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Turnback requests applied to all linked games

    Can you make the turnback request applicable to all linked games, so official doesn't have to do multiple turnbacks. It would be one request per linked games

  3. The ability to add links to local website field conditions to the home page

    Ability to add to the home page URL link to local websites that provide field condition reports
    Reason:
    Ability to view local city website field condition reports before I get to the field of play.

  4. Need report to show cancelled games reason

    When you cancel a game due to weather, field conditions, forfeit, etc there is no way to see what the cancellation is unless you go into each game separately. We have games that are paid differently based on reason cancellation.

  5. Track TBAs posted by schedulers

    Track the number of TBAs issued by scheduler.
    How many TBAs they are posting and how many days in advance those TBAs are being posted. This would be helpful in grading assignors/schedulers.

  6. View multiple contact groups at one time and email those multiple contact groups

    Allow assignors to select and message multiple contact groups at one time.

  7. Add ability to attach files to a game report. I have leagues that have gamesheets/rosters that have to be submitted with the game report.

    Allow for attaching pdf or jpg to a game report so referees don't have to send a separate email to do so as well as submitting report on Horizonwebref

  8. Filter Custom SMS Recipients by Availability

    It would be nice to be able to filter umpires that are available/unavailable that are part of a group and then be able to send an SMS message to them. That way, I'm not sending a message to umpires that are already scheduled when trying to fill an open spot.

  9. Min & Max Rankings for Positions

    Right now we can enter either a minimum ranking requirement or a Maximum ranking requirement for each position.

    I would like to be able to enter a range with both a minimum and maximum ranking for each position.

  13. Keep the navigation menu visible while scrolling

    Freeze the shortcuts on the right side of the screen. So, that when you scroll down thru lists on the left you don't have to scroll back up to get to those shortcuts.

  14. Provide Officials with a Payroll Report CSV export option

    The "Exportable Version" option does very little good when trying to put a usable payroll report together that I can use for end-of-year tax reporting. P
    Being able to export my payroll games in a manipulable file format would be highly useful.
    Or add the Fee Column to the Schedule Export to CSV option, as that's the important information.

  15. Carpool mileage & expenses - user submitted

    Allow users to enter mileage/expenses instead of having admin modify through "manual adjust game fees" tab.

    For carpooling officials that have to submit a paper reconciliation form and paid by teams, this would allow admin to receive mileage/expenses and then easily generate a payroll. As it currently stands, the admin/assignor would have to go in manually and adjust this.

  16. Custom Profile Field Admin Notification Opt out

    For associations that need to set an expiry date on a custom profile field, the system sends constant emails as users update the profile field. Given our association has this on a 1-yr renewal period, we do not need email notifications.
    Is it possible to add a feature to opt out of email notifications in system settings or where ever would be best applicable, when officials complete profile field?

  17. Customize game report fields

    Allow league/assignors to customize fields to be filled out in a required game report. The base report is overly complex, where most reports can get by with a simple score, team names, and field conditions.

  19. Allow only certain Game Types or Leagues to be TBA'd

    We currently have three assignors and need a way for only one assignor's game types to be TBA'd by officials. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I believe the TBA system is either all on or all off.

  20. Check In / Out

    Have the option for referees to check in on the app and check out when the game is complete. Have a report feature as well for administrators. Also allow notifications to referee team and administration.
