We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Officials listed in game by crew hierarchy
There is a hierarchy to the officials assigned to my games. It would be very convenient if I could make the officials listed on the games to default to this hierarchy, which for me is, Referee, Umpire, Field Judge.

show games where adjustments were applied
I can't tell which games have adjusted pay. It only shows the total at the bottom. Is there a way to show the adjustments on the pay list? For example; pay, adjustment, net pay per game.

Decline and Turn Back reporting to include the position originally assigned to
While it is nice to have the basic information of match date, time, competition included in the counter listing, could you also please add the Position that they were assigned to when they declined/turned back an appointment.

Mass Edit: Pay rate change
It is nice to have the "Mass Edit" tool, but can we add a way to change the pay rates of multiple games by one click? Would be nice to even be able to click one official and change his/her pay rates for all the games that we click to add.

Turn off anonymous Coach Ratings
Can a system option be added for assignors to allow for anonymous ratings or not allow for anonymous coaches ratings?

Selecting multiple groups to set availibilty for (Not just 1 or all)
Allow officials to select 2 or more associations and change their availability for those associations.
This would give more options to the current one or all availability editing set up.

Google Calendar sync changes when game information changes
Any game change made should be synced when the member has Google Calendar Sync enabled.

Searching schedule by date added/entered
Would be great to be able to search games by the time / date entered into the platform.

Hide/Show/Invoice games based upon selection-by-checkbox.
It seems there are a lot of ways to filter games... except via the checkbox.
I looked through the online help / knowledge base and did not find anything like that.

Need the Ability to Create Lists other then Members
It would be helpful to have the ability to create and save lists for Leagues, Game Codes, Ice Rinks, etc. This would be useful when searching in the Master Schedule and only needing to see for example youth games instead of having to select all the youth leagues every time you need to perform the search. Our association has more then one scheduler and they each schedule different level of games. This would make it easier for each scheduler to see only the games that they are responsible for.

Be able to import coaches from a spreadsheet
It is very time consuming when you have 50+ coaches to add individually.

Monthly fee
The ability to add a flat monthly fee to an invoice to a particular league.

Copy Location to create another similar one
From list of fields, have a Copy / Duplicate option so it creates a new Location with the same parameters but a slightly different name so most of the contents are already entered.

Allow assignors to send out TBA when official sends Turnback Request
Currently we do not allow officials to send out TBA as we cannot control who gets the game - result could be an unqualified official. We do allow Turnback Requests but when the request comes in currently, we have to delete that official if we wish to send out a TBA Request. Would be great if a TBA Request could be sent out when an official sends in a Turnback Request. This way the official is still assigned to the game until someone responds to the TBA Request and the Assignor reassigns the game. Could go one step further and…

Time between seeing the same team
Allow assignors to set a minimum number of days between reffing the same team. Right now, if a team plays three home games in a week, the system would show the same official available for all three. I would like a switch, which was in our old system, to allow us to set a number of days for officials between seeing the same team. For instance, if an official was put in on the 1st of the month to officiate a team, and the number of days between games was 14, he wouldn't show up on the availability for that…

Automatically give a TBA to first response
When requesting a game from another official on the TBA board, it should be on a first come, first serve basis. Instead of having the official trading the game decide who gets it and have to confirm, the game should automatically appear on that official's schedule, the moment he requests it. This would eliminate any bias as to who does games, and simplify the whole process.

Select Email Notifications
It would be nice for officials to be able to select when they receive notifications and what they are receiving them for. Games added and Game day reminders should be default, but I would suggest that other emails, such as the three days out reminder, game changes that don't require immediate attention, etc could be options chosen by the user.
Also, like in the text messaging, I would like to see an option allowing the user to decide what time of day the assignments come in.

Mandatory Meeting
When creating Meetings, an option to make the meeting mandatory should be available. By selecting the mandatory option, the meeting would function similar to a game in that it will show on the officials calendar and effect official availability. Conversely, an non-mandatory meeting would continue to function as it does today.
As officials' individual calendars can be shared among different associations/leagues and update simultaneously, this would help officials manage their calendars and availability better. It would also assist in preventing assignors from in other associations/leagues from scheduling the official when they need to attend a meeting.

Follow up to a rating
It would be nice to see a way to follow up to a rating because I had a situation where a coach had given some false information and there was no way to follow up with the rating. Or a way to rate coaches.

shows the history of when people update their availability
Be able to see what date people updated their availability on. We have an issue where we schedule tournaments for a weekend and then after it's done, we get officials wondering why they didn't get assignment and their availability shows them free. It would be nice to know if they switched their availability after the scheduling was done.
