This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. On your Incident reports. Please put a drop down that gives a choice between 'CAUTION" (or yellow) and "disqualification" (or red) card.

  2. eSports Desk Integration

    We use eSports Desk for our league scheduling in Australia and when changes are made or games uploaded we would like them to populate in Horizon.

  3. flat rate mileage based on location

    Allow for mileage to be paid strictly based on the location of the game. Park A pays $10, Park B pays $12, etc. We don't care where the official is coming from, mileage is paid based on where the game is.

  4. Print adjustments for a specific time frame.

    I want to be able to print the current month's adjustments with out the entire year.

  5. Keep the navigation menu visible while scrolling

    Freeze the shortcuts on the right side of the screen. So, that when you scroll down thru lists on the left you don't have to scroll back up to get to those shortcuts.

  6. Need report to show cancelled games reason

    When you cancel a game due to weather, field conditions, forfeit, etc there is no way to see what the cancellation is unless you go into each game separately. We have games that are paid differently based on reason cancellation.

  7. Track TBAs posted by schedulers

    Track the number of TBAs issued by scheduler.
    How many TBAs they are posting and how many days in advance those TBAs are being posted. This would be helpful in grading assignors/schedulers.

  8. View multiple contact groups at one time and email those multiple contact groups

    Allow assignors to select and message multiple contact groups at one time.

  9. Turnback requests applied to all linked games

    Can you make the turnback request applicable to all linked games, so official doesn't have to do multiple turnbacks. It would be one request per linked games

  10. Assign a crew instead of individual officials

    We work in set crews with 5 officials assigned to specific positions. It would be greatly beneficial for us if we could create those crews and then just assign the Referee and have the rest of the crew auto fill. If someone is unavailable for that game, this functionality should leave that position empty for the assignor to fill in the blanks.

  12. View Games on a calendar

    I suggest that one of the views you should make is a calendar view, so it would be easier to see just how many games we have scheduled for a single day... much easier to view and ask AD's to make adjustments to their games.

  13. Allow only certain Game Types or Leagues to be TBA'd

    We currently have three assignors and need a way for only one assignor's game types to be TBA'd by officials. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I believe the TBA system is either all on or all off.

  14. Add ability to attach files to a game report. I have leagues that have gamesheets/rosters that have to be submitted with the game report.

    Allow for attaching pdf or jpg to a game report so referees don't have to send a separate email to do so as well as submitting report on Horizonwebref

  15. Carpool mileage & expenses - user submitted

    Allow users to enter mileage/expenses instead of having admin modify through "manual adjust game fees" tab.

    For carpooling officials that have to submit a paper reconciliation form and paid by teams, this would allow admin to receive mileage/expenses and then easily generate a payroll. As it currently stands, the admin/assignor would have to go in manually and adjust this.

    When editing game information can you have the option to update all linked games. So, you don't have to update each game individually.

  20. The ability to add links to local website field conditions to the home page

    Ability to add to the home page URL link to local websites that provide field condition reports
    Reason:
