This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Availability to include venue on day to day basis
Each week we want officials to be able to choose their availability by time and by venue. This would require a drop down menu on the availability day to choose which venue they can work at.
We operate out of 15 different stadiums for junior basketball, and most officials referee games depending on which venue they are refereeing at.

Allow Coaches to Edit Scores & Penalties
Once you've entered scores/penalties for a game you should be able to edit that in case you accidentally put something in wrong or forgot to put a penalty.

Training Tracker
Have the capability to have referees sign up for courses and have the steps for training listed and get checked off by the assigner or administrator before eligible to referee.

Based on certain criteria, automatically apply a pre-defined travel fee to games
Would make our assignors lives a bit easier if there was a way to tell the travel/mileage system to automatically apply a travel fee for each official on the game if certain criteria are met.
I know not all associations have this, but most I know do some sort of single game fee.
Example:
Automatically add $5 travel to each official on all games that are:
Example League, Mite, Squirt or Peewee, Do not have a game within X minutes of the start time or end time of game in question.

Expanded use of the Welcome page allowing quick refrefence.
Allow for the expanded use of the welcome page to add content on who should be contacted, roles and positions within the organization.
Also a section for new news to share with the members as they login. that would be a continuous scroll.

Working With Children Check Information Required Fields in Australia
In Australia, every state or territory requires by law any umpire/referee over the age of 18 to have a Working With Children Card.
Ideally we would want the system to recognise when someone is turning 18 and give them reminders in the lead up to turning 18 that they will need a WWC.
Also, if they are over 18 and have not submitted a WWC then the system should tell them, and also make them unable to operate or be assigned to games.
If their WWC expires it should do the same thing also.I know in southern Australia that…

Organize video library by folders
Hi would it be possible to add the functionality to the video Library that you have with the documents folder, so we are able to create different folders to organise and put the videos in, because at present where we have a lot of videos uploaded it can take a while to search through the videos to find the one you require. Also perhaps the ability to pick what page you want to jump to rather than just saying next 5 or previous 5 videos.

Add Position Filter for Finance Reports
In the Finance Forms it would be a great benefit to be able to produce the Forms with a selection for Position so in our case the Umpire Mentors could be selected and payment invoices generated through the use of the Finance Forms

Allows text message reminders to be delivered at a given time before a game
Have an option for text message reminders to be sent at a specific time before a game (1 hour before, 2 hours before, etc...) instead of reminders for the entire day being sent at the same time.

With 1000+ players, 70+ umpires, 80+ teams, 50+ games per week, I have a lot of games to assign. I like the TBA system. But with lower level divisions, I need to do some games first-come, first-served assignments. If you could add the date the response was submitted to the TBA screen that appears when you click on TBA in the game assignment function, this would be a tremendous help. You put it on the email you send me of the TBA notification so it is in your system

Ability to record No Shows
The issue of No Shows is always a problem & currently I record it as a declined game after the event so that I have some way of keeping track, however, this means I must delete all the real declined games on the day of the game so I have no way of keeping track of these.

Keep track of or even force officials to watch a particular video.

"Add User" Permission
The ability to create user groups that can add users, but don't need to be a System Admin. That way you can delegate the ability to add user's to the system to our officials without giving them full access to the site and permissions.
