Creates Referee Mileage Reports
Please consider a report from home to 1st site, and then site to site for balance of games, and then home afterwards for tax purposes.

Include payroll adjustment details on payroll reports
Having a description for any adjustments on the payroll report would make it much easier than searching in the Admin forms. Most officials wouldn't know this and end up asking the admin for help.

TBA Emails Opt IN/OPT Out
My officials find that the high number of emails during the season are an annoyance. It would be nice if the officials could opt out to receive the emails from TBA requests from their fellow officials, however, still simply view the games on the TBA board.

Reason/Comment accompanying Unassigning an official
It would be nice (and maybe an easy change request?) to give the Assignor a pop-up that allows him/her to write text of why they are un-assigning a game from an official, when they un-assign someone. This would prevent separate emails or texts/etc, having to be sent. This would be similar to an official giving a Reason when he/she declines/turns back a game

Game Breakdown on Assign a game via Master Game Schedule,
Our association uses members in multiple functions and have multiple assignors.
Assignors have requested when consulting master game schedule page, then assign a game :
When scrolling over fields PRIOR GAMES & GAMES (giving total game count) a little window that pops up with more detailed break-down.
For example :
8 - Timekeeper
6 - Referee
2 - Supervisor(You can already do a game comparison via the availability page, but it means having to jump back and forth constantly to verify which people have worked what, when trying to equalize game counts).

Highlight games that are not fully assigned in the Master Schedule
I see that you have declined this request in the past, but please reconsider.
When you have a busy schedule it would be much more efficient to be prompted in the schedule itself for missing assignments..even if the # column highlighted, or changed colors.
When you have many games with a limited number of officials its beneficial to view missing slots with the surrounding assignments....this is why filters aren't necessarily the best option

Allow CSV import of player rosters
Allow import in csv. of team rosters. This would allow quicker input of team members, rather than having to add them one by one

Customize Information that is Synced to Google Calendar
I would like to expand upon the limited ability to customize how an assignment appears when synced to Google Calendar.
As it stands now, we can give a generic name that populates to the Event Title, and not much else. The event description has all the other details of the assignment, but it may not be presented in a manner that best fits my needs.
What I'd like to see, is the ability to fully customize how that assignment appears in my calendar; not only the title, but the description/details as well. Let me choose what information is provided, and…

Allow you to check a game once you have billed for it
I bill multiple associations over the course of the month. It would be useful to have a feature, like the one for getting paid, that assignors could use once they have billed for a game.

Minimum rest time after set of games
Settings can be altered to identify when officials are available to officiate after assignments. If an official is set to become available immediately after an assignment, that official can be scheduled at another venue. If the settings are changed to allow for a minimum time period after the assignment, that official is now not available for linked assignments based on the time period identified.
Would it be possible to modify the filter to have the official become available based on the assignment?
For example, an official skating hockey in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association must have three hours rest after…

Allows custom sorting of games for invoices
Add a sort order function to the invoice screen. i.e. display invoicing sorted by date, rink, game code, etc...

Customize Invoice Heading. Fonts, colors, logos, etc.
I like the invoice exporting, except the heading. It says Horizon Web Ref and is very bland. I would like to be able to customize a template for the heading to be able to add different fonts, colors, our organization's logo, the address of the receiver, just to name a few. It would be nice to be have full customization of the invoice heading.

allow game notes to be posted under the game edit feature
Place the game notes section in the game edit area. This way you can add notes detailing reasons for any changes made to a particular game rather than having to make the change, close the game editor, and open the notes feature.

Allow Officials to create game notes
Officials need a way to post notes to a game. In a situation where the period lengths are not what is being billed for, officials need to be able to create a note to indicate to the system admin that the fees need to be adjusted for a particular game.
I know you have a Game Report option, but this is not an optional item. A game note would not necessarily need to be created for each game.6 votesgathering community support ·
