Feature Suggestions
This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Export or mass view of Association Personnel and their Association Affiliation instead of having to go individually
It would save time to be able to view all the Association Affiliations for all Association Personnel users instead of having to view each one individually. Including this in an export would work. This same feature could be used for the Scheduler user in knowing what Associations, Game Codes, and Venues they are allowed to see.

External Calendar Display
we would like a feature where on the master schedule page there was a link to the associations external calendar. The external calendar would display tournament weekends/weeks throughout the season where we would expect a larger demand for officials. The hope is that officials would plan/schedule accordingly knowing that certain periods would have high demand.

A feature that would allow assignors to know who has viewed videos
I think it would be a great feature for assignors to know who has view any video that has been uploaded. This would help to know who is actually watching so we can keep up with officials that take an interest in improving their skills and are learning from the videos.

Allow for auto-assign run limited to officials that submit TBA requests
I use the TBA system liberally and put most of my game out on TBA to gauge interest. To be able to auto-assign games solely used officials that responded to TBA request would allow me to fill those games solely with officials that expressed desire to do the game. I could then run a separate auto-assign for the rest of the games using the rest of the officials.

Notes while adding game
It would be nice if a Game Note could be added while adding a single game so that we don't have to back out, go to the schedule, and then add the game note afterwards.

Allow assignors to schedule games to publish at a certain date and time.

Create a counter summary report by official for all status captured by date range and ability to export to csv file
In the master schedule, the counter summary screen. Allow a date range to be selected, check box for which officials of interest and display summary of accepted, declined, turned back etc. Allow this output to be exported to a csv file.

Include SportsEngine.com Game ID # in Game Schedule export report
Our league administrator uploads games from SportsEngine into Horizon and one of the tasks is to reconcile SportsEngine with Horizon periodically due to schedule changes in SportEngine. Including the SportsEngine game number in the schedule export file will aid greatly in the efficiency of reconciling the two systems.

Filter by day of the week
I have officials who work on specific days of the week, so I'd love to be able to filter the schedule to view only one day of the week (all Wednesday games) etc.

TBA counters should show how many officials requested a TBA for all schedulers across an organization to see
The TBA counter on the Master Schedule should alert how many TBAs there are across the site so when co-schedulers are trying to schedule, its a quick glance to see if there are any requests, so the co-scheduler doesn't need to go to "add official" for every game TBAed to see if there are any TBAs requested across the organization.

Allow for Permission role at the Game Code Level within an Association
Allow permissions for League Personnel (or other non-official user) to be to specific game codes within and association. Would allow to give permission to view at certain age levels within a League.

Can you create a filter for assignors that filters for Home team.
Right now, I can filter by my team and the rink they where they are scheduled. I see BOTH their away games and their home games at other rinks. The HOME games are the only games that concern me as the assignor. Is there a way to add a filter in the "Schedule and Search" window to show Home team?

Can we get a feature that when you are adding the home team on the schedule if the home venue is linked to the team the venue is automatically filled?

Mileage Display for the crew
Display which official on a crew will be being paid the mileage to allow easier communication and organization of rides.

Provide a Warning When Importing Games Whose Location/Time Conflict with an Existing Game
Please provide a warning or optional warning when importing games from a CSV which have a date/time/location conflict with an existing game.
This feature exists when entering games manually, but for a bulk import the new game would be added without any notification of a potential problem in time or location.

Add a VSP to System Setting 52 to prevent unqualified officials from seeing and requesting games they are not qualified for.
System setting 52, as is, allows an official to give an assignment to an unqualified official, even with the warning. This results me and assignors getting an "TBA Unqualified Warning!", which then means we now have to react and fix the problem, i.e., reassign the game to a qualified official. That, of course, completely defeats the benefits of allowing officials to swap assignments among themselves.
The ultimate goal of the TBA System is to ensure the game is covered and has assignments filled however, with system setting 52, officials are trying to swap games that are already covered and assignment…

Contact all officials within specified distance to any arena
Have the ability to go into the member directory and select all officials within a specific distance to any arena so I can contact those close to that arena instead of sending emails out league wide. TBA games has this functionality but just emailing does not.

Filter TBA Requests by # of Officials per game
When officials are searching TBA Requests, allow them the ability to filter games by # of Officials. There are officials who only want to work games depending on how many officials are assigned to a game. Games codes often do not depict how many officials are on each game.

home address and mailing address in profile
i just had to update my profile and it says it can't find my home zip code or some such message. I get this message every time I update. My situation is the Post Office does not deliver mail to my house so I have to have a PO Box which is in a different zip code used only for PO Boxes not houses. I used to put my home address in but then people mailed checks to that address and it caused issues because the PO returned the mail as undeliverable. You should have a home address and a…
