This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Add a comments column to the TBA email notification to officials.
Add a comments column for each game which would be visible when sending TBA's out. This would allow assigners to note game/roll specific details. For when more then one official is needed and a specific roll is already filled. Or whatever details. like "need youth official", need patched official. etc. Hopefully will prevent replies from those who cannot fill the specific need.

Add Google Fi As a Supported SMS Email Gateway Provider (Simple Add to Dropdown)
Simply add Google Fi as a cell phone provider for SMS notifications via the SMS Email Gateway. Their email domain is msg.fi.google.com and more information can be found here: https://support.google.com/fi/answer/6356597?hl=en
This should take about 5min to setup.

Message Contact Groups via Mobile
Please add the ability to use the message system on the Mobile APP with custom created "Contact Groups". At the moment, it goes out to all officials within our directory, and I want the ability to select a specific group of officials.

Bulk Cancel Games on mobile devices
When an entire nights games are rained out, I have to be near a computer to cancel them. I want to be able to cancel them the same way you publish them. otherwise I need to do each game individually.

Time restriction for game cancellations by coaches, AD's or League Personnel.
When activating the game cancellation feature for coaches, AD's and League Personnel. Request a time feature schedulers and administrators can set in which they may submit a cancellation directly via the system. This will avoid those last minute cancellations in which officials may be en-route or have already arrived for their assignment. Such a restriction will force the team to contact the officials and scheduler directly to cancel say a game one hour before scheduled start rather than simply submitting a cancellation where the assigned officials or scheduler would receive the notice in time. Add Manual Rank and Contact Group Editing via the API
I would like the ability to update a user's Manual Rank via the API. Also would like the ability to add/remove users to different Contact Groups via the API. This, along with the new Custom Field API features would allow me to feed Custom Fields into Manual Rank and Contact Groups as I would see necessary. This would also allow https://horizonwebref.uservoice.com/forums/66397-feature-requests/suggestions/6955254-dynamically-generate-maintain-contact-groups-based to by accomplished via the API.

Don't allow officials to respond to TBA requests when they are scheduled in a game at the same time
The TBA system currently allows officials to respond to TBAs even when they are scheduled in another game at the same time. They don't come up on the assigning screen, but it is misleading to the official requesting the assignment.

Add a total games assigned counter on the Game Counter Summary.
Just total the list at the bottom.

"Next Month" option for Schedule search
On the Search Bar on the Schedule, there are options for Current Month and Last Month. An option for "Next Month" would be helpful allowing single keystroke to select next months accepted games. Currently the option is FUTURE and when you are in the early/middle of the month, that shows the rest of CURRENT month also. It would help when planning the upcoming month without the need to open the availability calendar. Thanks for your consideration.

LOCATION TAB
Would be appreciate if there was a tab created that lists all the venues used in the association. This would be nice for new officials to come into a new association and view all the venues, rinks, etc that are being utilized in the association!

AUTOMATION: MASS EDIT - Time of Games
Can we add a way to MASS EDIT - time of games?
I have a lot of games that re-curring every week for 3 months at 9pm and 10pm. All the 9pm are now 11pm, but I have to go through all the games individually to change the game times. Feel like this should be added to the Automation list!

Document upload notification email change
The current email notification directs you to the documents section. However, if you have multiple directories, the email will not specify the full path. If I upload a document to "Officiating Information" I would like that contained in the hyperlink path. If I upload a document to "Hockey Canada Information", then that would be in the hyperlink path.

Allow a cancellation reason
Either do it by adding an active and viewable note section for the officials of record for each and every game that is to be canceled.
or when the option to cancel occurs add a drop down box that present several reasons for cancellation.
1) weather
2) pending weather forecast
3) schedule change
4) level change
5) field (venue)change
6) forfeit
7) time change

You may also use the Schedule Filters to search specifically for a few of the key cancellations reasons such as weather and postponement to quickly reschedule those games using our regular rescheduling methods. insert semicolons in the email list
Give an option to have the email lists that the system generates separated by semicolons instead of commas. Email programs such as Outlook and Windows Mail require semicolons to separate email addresses for bulk recipients and this would save a ton of editing.

Allows you to highlight multiple umpires on payroll sheet to perform electronic payment. Currently it is all or one or multiple (manually)
Once the payroll sheet is pulled up, the assignor should be able to check or highlight people to pay electronically so the entire list is not automatically pulled over. Pulling the entire list could still be an option if you select all. Should be set up same way as we select those to receive email.

Mass Payment
Rearding Mass Payment - I would really appreciate being able to remove certain officials when wanting to pay out using the Mass Payment option. To have an "X" be their names on the Mass Payment list of all officials about to be paid and how much owed would be great!

Add the "$" ICON to the Mobile App
Add the $ ICON to the Mobile App. Some umpires do not have a laptop or desktop they only use their cell phones or tablets. When they receive payment there only alternative it to find a PC or laptop, usually at a library, to login and indicate PAID.

Allow users to add a profile photo via the mobile app.
Currently users can only add a photo using the internet version of the program. Our association has asked officials to provide a profile photo so assignors can identify young officials from adults, we often recognize faces better than names, etc. due to the fact we have many new officials this year. They cannot do this with the mobile app, which most of our young officials use predominantly.
