Time restriction for game cancellations by coaches, AD's or League Personnel.
When activating the game cancellation feature for coaches, AD's and League Personnel. Request a time feature schedulers and administrators can set in which they may submit a cancellation directly via the system. This will avoid those last minute cancellations in which officials may be en-route or have already arrived for their assignment. Such a restriction will force the team to contact the officials and scheduler directly to cancel say a game one hour before scheduled start rather than simply submitting a cancellation where the assigned officials or scheduler would receive the notice in time. Suggest 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hour options.
