Add Manual Rank and Contact Group Editing via the API
I would like the ability to update a user's Manual Rank via the API. Also would like the ability to add/remove users to different Contact Groups via the API. This, along with the new Custom Field API features would allow me to feed Custom Fields into Manual Rank and Contact Groups as I would see necessary. This would also allow https://horizonwebref.uservoice.com/forums/66397-feature-requests/suggestions/6955254-dynamically-generate-maintain-contact-groups-based to by accomplished via the API.
