I have referees that have their schedules monitored by a parent. Due to the age of the referees (11-14), they are not used to monitoring their e-mail or may not yet have a smartphone. When the referees are in the same family a mother or father may monitor/accept/decline assignments for them. If each of the referees can have both their own individual e-mail/phone BUT ALSO the parent's e-mail/phone I as an assignor will have a much faster and consistent response. I understand there are security reasons for not allowing this. Possibly you can have multiple referees on a single account (but have the ability to choose the individual referee).

Unfortunately, this is something we do not plan to support for security reasons. Thank you for submitting an idea.
Enable scheduler to do a draft roster as currently when I unpublish games it the removes the TBAs.1 vote
This functionality already exists. “Draft Rosters” are very much integrated into our system and are used by nearly every organization we service. Unpublishing a game does not affect the results received for a TBA Request. This is, in fact, the recommended scheduling method which is to collect TBA responses, unpublish the game, create your assignments and then republish when you’re satisfied.
Availability Calendar. Please put a feature in the availability calendar that shows all referees availability at the same time
Availability Calendar. Please put a feature in the availability calendar that shows all referees availability at the same time so that I can see all available referees on one calendar1 vote
This functionality already exists. You can see a composite view of all officials availability using the Availability Overview Graph.
If we could filter games by specific Game ID#s for easy access to certain games, that would be very helpful1 vote
This feature already exists via the Jump To option in the navigation menu.
If the support chat is busy, you should have the option to wait in a queue and be notified when the support person is free. Currently the only option is to email or wait until later when the chat is available.1 vote
We certainly like the idea, but unfortunately, the Live Chat software application we utilize is developed and provided via a third-party provider so we do not have direct control over that application. We’ll certainly look for expanded functionality offers from them or other providers in the future, but there isn’t anything our engineers can do for this item currently. Thank you for submitting an idea.
Makes it easy for users to flip their availability calendar from the default of 100% unavailability to 100% available. Just add a button
Makes it easy for users to flip their availability calendar from the default of 100% unavailability to 100% available. This would be really helpful to me and my users. Keep the default as it is. But just add a button that will allow users to make themselves 100% available. From there, they might choose a couple of days to make themselves unavailable1 vote
We are not in favor of a single one-button approach to this, but the functionality does already exist to accomplish this via the Recurring Availability Adjuster. Utilizing that tool will allow officials to quickly update all their days to available, if desired. Thank you for submitting an idea.
I would like to have all my future events displayed without having to log in everytime and then clicking future events or selecting a specific future date1 vote

When an observer is assigned and the crew size is 4 and only 3 officials are assigned the game doesn't show "OPEN". If a change can be made to reflect the full crew has not been assigned and the observer is treated separate from the one ice officials of 4.1 vote
Open games are defined as simply having 1 open spot on the game. The type of position (referee, umpire, observer, supervisor) has no bearing as they are all treated the same when it comes to whether or not the game is open. If a game has 3 officials and the game details lists 4 as the required amount, this game will show 1 open spot.
I cannot fathom the "WHY" of that feature; as in Why Do We Even Have it?3 votes
This option already exists. You can choose a different news source for any RSS feed you desire or completely disable the news feed entirely if you don’t want it via your Personal Profile under the Preferences tab.
Although I agree with separate calendars according to their association, it would be awesome to have one calendar which loads all of your games for each association, saving time and confusion when trying to set up priorities.1 vote
This functionality already exists. You can look at an entire composite schedule on your Game Schedule page.
Change game features by clicking on them (i.e. time, rink, date, game fees, etc...).
This would save choosing "Game Details", and then "Edit" for every single change....would be a huge time saver.1 vote
Edit is already available directly from the Master Game Schedule page as well as Mass-Edit capabilities in the top toolbar.
I need a report that will show me a sorted list of umpires for a specific day displaying the fields, times, & partner they are working with.

Have the system settings work on the mobile apps.0 votes
We’ve decided not to incorporate this idea at this time. System Settings can drastically change the way the system operates and there are too many advanced features that are controlled. We’ve elected to keep this as a desktop/laptop component only. Thank you for submitting an idea.
This functionality already exists. There are numerous exports available for this on the Master Game Schedule page.
Allow an assigner to be assigned to leagues in a subscription. That way the assigner receives notifications only regarding leagues he or she assigns in a subscription.0 votes
This functionality already exists. You can specify an assignor’s league(s) in their permissions settings on the Members Directory.
Have a feature that allows the ref association to post a public should to our website. (Excluding Officials names)
We would like the ability to post a schedule to our website so that customers can make sure we have their games on our schedule. We would like to leave out the officials names.3 votes
This functionality already exists. You can use the Integrate My Website section to post a public schedule to an external website.
Be able export to pdf or word payroll summary report0 votes
This functionality already exists. The Payroll Summary Report can be exported from the Printable / Exportable menu option on the report.
Please create a reporting area that assignors can use to create reports and have them emailed daily, weekly, etc...
It would be great to have a report emailed that would show the scheduled games for a day with umpires for each game listed.1 vote
Unfortunately, we’re not in favor of creating daily reports that duplicate existing functionality that is currently accessible by logging into the system. Thank you for submitting an idea.
