This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

I suggest you create a feature that ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    We have completed a new feature that addresses this issue. We’ve added a warning dialog that will warn you when a new game conflicts with a date/time/location of an existing game. This way you can see before submitting the game whether or not a conflict exists. Thank you for the idea.

  2. Allows officials to see entire season schedule, as set by system admin/assignor

  3. Add a reason for turnback requests, just like the decline reason

    I love the decline reasons, but I'd like the system to prompt for a reason when a user does a turn back request also

    This has been completed. Administrators may now customize the questions on the ratings forms. The new option is available from Administrative Forms >> Ratings & Rankings >> Customize Questions. A formal System Update will follow in the coming days with full details on this and other new features. Thank you for the idea.

  5. Field Bulk Upload

    You should be able to bulk upload fields the same way you do teams. Either upload a file with the addresses themselves or the latitude and longitude.

    (I have 290 fields to load and it's going to take me a long time).

  6. Do not require a score to be entered when modifying past games.
