Lists the second initial of the first name when last names and first initials are the same.

The system is unable to detect other elements on a page, i.e. if there is already another name on the page with the same first and last names/initials. However, we have just added additional functionality so that if your mouse if placed over the top of the name in question, the full name will be quickly displayed in order for you to quickly learn the full name of the official in these situations. Hopefully that should help sort out any confusion.
