Game Alerts
If an official has been removed from an assignment for whatever reason and a new official assigned, an email notification should be sent to the remaining officials on the crew. For example, "something has changed with your upcoming assignment."
Also, you should be able to choose which notifications you would like to receive in each provided communication. Ie: check each box for each of the following: Game Reminder, New Game, New Event, Game Change, Unassigned, Event Reminder.
Have a table set up for which notifications you would like to have sent to your email(s) and/or cell phone(s).

This is especially good for hockey using a 4 official (2 referee, 2 linesman) system where officials are traveling together. Many times throughout the year, officials are switched off games and put on to other games. Sometimes this happens in short notice and you have made travel plans already. Having a feature like this would facilitate communication between all members of the crew.
