This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. has a column in the 'bill tos' section of the members directory that shows which bill to the member is attached to

    next to the contact to feature which bill to the member is attached to. This should be a very quick and simple fix and would help me a lot. When I am asked to contact one of our bill to's... I currently just look at which town they live in and hope its the right person...

  2. Hide score in the master schedule if not submitted

    After an official submits a game report, the score shows up on the master schedule... unless the scosre is 0 to 0, then it APPEARS as though no one submitted a game report! How about if you make it so that 0 to 0 scores show up on the master schedule as 0 to 0 once a game report is filed. Thank

  3. flat rate mileage based on location

    Allow for mileage to be paid strictly based on the location of the game. Park A pays $10, Park B pays $12, etc. We don't care where the official is coming from, mileage is paid based on where the game is.

  4. Need report to show cancelled games reason

    When you cancel a game due to weather, field conditions, forfeit, etc there is no way to see what the cancellation is unless you go into each game separately. We have games that are paid differently based on reason cancellation.

  5. Track TBAs posted by schedulers

    Track the number of TBAs issued by scheduler.
    How many TBAs they are posting and how many days in advance those TBAs are being posted. This would be helpful in grading assignors/schedulers.

  6. View multiple contact groups at one time and email those multiple contact groups

    Allow assignors to select and message multiple contact groups at one time.

  7. Assign a crew instead of individual officials

    We work in set crews with 5 officials assigned to specific positions. It would be greatly beneficial for us if we could create those crews and then just assign the Referee and have the rest of the crew auto fill. If someone is unavailable for that game, this functionality should leave that position empty for the assignor to fill in the blanks.

  8. View Games on a calendar

    I suggest that one of the views you should make is a calendar view, so it would be easier to see just how many games we have scheduled for a single day... much easier to view and ask AD's to make adjustments to their games.

  9. Allow only certain Game Types or Leagues to be TBA'd

    We currently have three assignors and need a way for only one assignor's game types to be TBA'd by officials. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I believe the TBA system is either all on or all off.

  10. Edit linked games

    When editing game information can you have the option to update all linked games. So, you don't have to update each game individually.

  12. Time Between Arena's for Scheduling

    Can an option when setting up an arena that it takes 30 minutes to go to this arena or a global setting for 30 minutes between arena's, so that when scheduling it won't book 1 person to have a game at 11am for a 1 hour game at one arena, and then have that same person start another game at noon where it would be impossible as the person has to drive to the other arena. Either a global or a setting per arena.

  13. Filter Custom SMS Recipients by Availability

    It would be nice to be able to filter umpires that are available/unavailable that are part of a group and then be able to send an SMS message to them. That way, I'm not sending a message to umpires that are already scheduled when trying to fill an open spot.

  15. Notify Assignor of TBA Swap from Official to Official

    With 50+ Games a day, it is tough to keep track of all your officials and if they actually got someone to take their games. Can we get a notification system that email / text messages the assignor to let us know "X" official sent "X" assignment(s) on "X" date to "Y" official? This would be extremely helpful to have and allow us to quickly view the assignment to make sure pay-rates and whatever is good!

  16. Allows you to bulk reschedule cancelled games

    When a game or more specifically a set of games are cancelled (i.e. due to weather, etc), they are cancelled in the system to notify the officials. Several days later when they are finally rescheduled, you have to manually do each individual game. The ability to bulk reschedule games would be huge.

  17. Specify crew chief in bold or all caps

    When working more than two umpires in baseball, we need to have a crew chief assigned. The crew chief is not always going to work the plate. So, we should be able to denote the crew chief without having to create four different positions with crew chief attached. This would make my assigning positions list less cumbersome.

  18. Travel Distance Restrictions

    I want to be able to restrict the distance I'm willing to travel from a given zip code for each day of the week. For example, I can't accept games until after 5pm M-F due to my day job which is easy enough to set up in my "Availability", but I would also like to restrict any games I'm assigned to within 5 miles of my job.

  20. Decline and Turn Back reporting to include the position originally assigned to

    While it is nice to have the basic information of match date, time, competition included in the counter listing, could you also please add the Position that they were assigned to when they declined/turned back an appointment.
