I hope this is implemented ASAP! This NEEDS to be added to Horizon. Too many officials TBA and never contact the assignor. As an assignor, I need to know if someone TBA's and gives a game or set of games to someone else. A simple e-mail showing what games, who TBA them, and who was assigned to them would be awesome.

Feature #52 Allow officials to swap assignments with each other states:

"This feature will allow officials to trade assignments amongst each other WITHOUT intervention from a assignor. They will be able to freely trade games that they do not wish to work."

Would it be possible to modify this setting, or allow a setting that REQUIRES intervention from the assignor? This will allow game trades to be tracked as well as to ensure the proper officials are skating the proper games.

Further to this, an option to have the assignor approve the switch would be key to ensuring that games are filled properly by the appropriate officials.

In our association we set horizon to allow TBA's. However we also ask that our officials email the board or the scheduler with the name of the official they want to replace them to ensure that this official is qualifed and a member in good standing etc.

At this time, any official can assign any game to any other official that submits for the TBA. The board and scheduler will not have any record of that.

Is there some kind of option to send a mini report to the admin of who TBA's what games to who?
Or at the least, be able to click on the users name in the TBA Issued counter list (great feature btw!) and on that click show up a list of all the games that they TBA'd?

This way we could more easily track who TBA'd which games to who to ensure that the official did in fact request approval before re-assigning the game. As it stands there's no way within horizon to know who gave a game to who short of clicking on the game details tab for each and every game of the week.

When you have a game assignment and you add it to the TBA area to be taken. after soemone accepts it, an automatic email is sent to the assignor, and also the other officials involved in that game of the new person who is now doing that game, and who is not. This way your job is done for finding someone and you dont have to keep letting others know of the change
