Prevent unwanted multiple positions from assignment

For baseball, we almost always have 1 plate umpire, 1 base umpire. When i created the positions, 1 base umpire max / 1 plate umpire max was specified. Change the assigning software to prevent me from assigning 2 or more base / plate umpires when i have specified a max of 1.

    For instance, we have a head referee, and referee. I would like one of each for each game, but sometime my assignor mistakenly puts 2 of each. I would like to see a system setting that is follow game mandate, or manually override with warning. If set to mandatory, there would be mess this up, unless you are warned and accept it as wrong, just like overbooking.
