This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

iMPORT CONTACT DETAILS FROM SPREADSHEET
Would like to have the option to import the referees information easier by doing this than entering manually one by one this would help alot

Limit Number of Assignments Per Day
I would like a way to set a limit on the number of games allowed for in a particular day.

Automatically close assigning window when available spots are filled
I find that it is an extra step to have to close the assigning window overtime after I have filled all the available spots for the game. It would be nice, that once all available slots are filled, the assigning window for that game would close by itself and take you back to the main schedule.

TBA Position Option
In the TBA System, when the request goes in it provides an option for the official to select the position they are requesting. Is there a way to turn this off? If not, I would propose that there be an option to turn it off, or at least an option for the official to select ANY for the positions.

remove an official from a game once they decline
When an official declines a game assignment their name would be removed from that game and the game time would be blocked on their calendar. The system would flag the assignor of the need to reschedule the game.
12 votesWe’re not in favor of automatically blocking availability, however, we have incorporated a new feature today which will prompt officials immediately to close their availability for a day when they decline an assignment. To use the new feature, you’ll need to ensure the Availability Locking system (Feature #3) is set to either “Only if unaccepted” or “Never” in order to permit officials to immediately change their calendar when they decline an assignment. Date of Birth on Member Directory Export
Currently the system does not put the Member's date of birth on the export to spreadsheet, instead it only reports the Members age. As we need to report DOB to our state referee governing body we would like this added to the export please.

Have a subscription email exporter.
Rather than having to constantly manually export games. Once a user has accepted their games they should automatically be exported to the calendar that the user has subscribed to so that it can go on their computer and be synced to their phone and so on...

Allows TBA time display
When looking at the allocation window, an allocator can click on the TBA to see what position the umpire requested. I am suggesting that adding what TIME the umpire requested the game be added to that window, so that a first-come first-served option is available to an allocator.

Access completed game reports from Game Details
I suggest you put this feature in game details so we can access and complete the report easier and when the supervisors need it for review it is attached to the game assignment.

Please create calendars that we can subscribe to, particularly from iphone.
Please create calendars that can be subscribed to. You should be able to do this from a mobile phone, etc. This way new games would automatically show up on your calendar and we wouldn't keep needing to add new games.

previous month
make a previous month tab for quick access to see what games you refed last month so you can see what your game fees are.

Integration with Outlook.com Calendar
I would like HorizonWebRef to have the option to synchronise with Outlook.com calendar services.

This has been completed. Addresses may now be marked as “Private” in your personal profile which will hide the actual street address in exports and the personal profiles from all members, except assignors and administrators, who will still have access to this information. Email addresses and phone numbers have always had a “Private” option that users can select to hide their information. We’ve now added an option to mark your addresses as private as well. This is now available in your Personal Profile. Thank you for submitting an idea.

Google Calendar Integrations - Coloring
Allow the user to set a color for game assignments within the google calendar integration. That would be useful having game assignments standout from other events in the user's calendar.

Assign by position: Have the ability to filter game codes
I would like the ability to search specific game codes when assigning by official.

Display note count for members in member directory
Similar to the master schedule display, if a member has a note entered, on the member directory display indicate how many notes have been entered for a member. currently, if i put in a note for a member, there is no indication that a note is there.
