This has been completed. Addresses may now be marked as “Private” in your personal profile which will hide the actual street address in exports and the personal profiles from all members, except assignors and administrators, who will still have access to this information. Thank you for submitting an idea.

The system should provide the same "Private" feature as is done for users phone numbers and email addresses for users' home/work addresses i.e. users decide whether they want their home/work addresses visible to others users or only schedulers and system administrators.
I believe not putting this feature into the system may potentially put the owners of the system in breach of certain countries privacy laws, not to mention the fact that many referees in associations are younger than 16 years of age, in my association they can be as young as 13, both male and female. As such potentially dangerous.
