This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

Removing Official from Linked assignments on Mobile Apps
When an official declines a set of games or if I simply need to juggle the schedule, the mobile app doesn't allow me to "remove official from linked assignments" like we can when using HWR on a PC. It has to be done game by game. I use Android, am I missing something or is it the same for everyone?

7 votesThis feature was already somewhat in existence, however, we have added the Home team to the items that are now retained when adding a game. Now, the only items that are not retained are the time and the visiting team as these are the most frequently changed items.

We have completed a new feature that addresses this issue. We’ve added a warning dialog that will warn you when a new game conflicts with a date/time/location of an existing game. This way you can see before submitting the game whether or not a conflict exists. Thank you for the idea.

Would like to be able to specify who gets sent incident reports by league
Would like to have the ability to specify by league who gets sent a copy of the incident reports instead of everyone getting every incident report.
7 votesThis has been completed. Organizations may now specify league-specific emails to send incident reports to. This will not override the global setting in your system settings. If you have emails listed in your System Settings for incident reports, the new field (found under the Edit-League option) will provide emails in addition to your global settings that are league specific. Allows Assignors to change Official's positions in the Mobile App.
Create a feature similar to the Desktop version that allows officials to be moved from one position to another in the same game without having to remove and re-assign.
Officials should not have to re-accept when this is done.

Summary of League Billing
Would like to have the functionality to create a billing report similar to the Payroll Summary Report, but for the leagues instead.

Add home and away field to assigning window
Add a field to the assigning window to see how many times an official has officiated the home/away team

Allow officials to be seen by coaches only on game day, not in advance
It would be nice if we could publish assignments to the officials, but not allow coaches to see them until the day of their game. This could avoid complaints received prior to the game.

New Availability Graphical Matrix View
It would be fantastic for a graphical matrix view where it lists all officials down the rows and 31 small columns in a grid view that are color coded to show availability as Green (all day), Blue (partial), Red (none that day). It would help at a single glance see what officials are making themselves mostly available. The current excel export does not allow for a simple glance to see this and it would help an assignor understand who hasn't even bothered to make themselves available or those who are just being lazy putting every day available only to later…

Message Contact Groups via Mobile
Please add the ability to use the message system on the Mobile APP with custom created "Contact Groups". At the moment, it goes out to all officials within our directory, and I want the ability to select a specific group of officials.

add tba request page to mobile app
Our association uses your tba feature quite frequently and for some reason i can't access TBA requests on my mobile app. I have to log into the full site on my laptop.

Allow a cancellation reason
Either do it by adding an active and viewable note section for the officials of record for each and every game that is to be canceled.
or when the option to cancel occurs add a drop down box that present several reasons for cancellation.
1) weather
2) pending weather forecast
3) schedule change
4) level change
5) field (venue)change
6) forfeit
7) time change
8) other6 votesThe system will now prompt for a cancellation reason when cancelling a game. The reasoning is included in email notifications and on the Game Details page. You may also use the Schedule Filters to search specifically for a few of the key cancellations reasons such as weather and postponement to quickly reschedule those games using our regular rescheduling methods. Add a position indicator on the printable schedule

Forums available via mobile app
I'd like to see the forums available the mobile application so the users can see and discuss topics from their phones.

Map view
When you go to assign a game and you can see near by officials on the map. It would be nice to see them by groups instead of all of the officials. We usually try and make our head referee pickup our linesmen on the way to the rink and it would be easier to see this.
6 votesThis has been completed. Proximity Maps on both the Members Directory and the Master Game Schedule pages now have the ability to filter by Contact Groups. Additionally, a new proximity map has been added to the top toolbar of the Assigning Window for schedulers to get a more refined Proximity Map of only the available (or unavailable) officials for a particular game while they are in the midst of the assigning process. The ability to choose only Home games on Billing Invoices
Our league bills Home teams for the ice and officials fees. Several Organizations do not have "Home Ice Rink" and use different venues for their home games. I would need to be able to sort/filter by Team and choose Home Games only.

Auto generated email when denying a turn back request.
Have the system send an email when turn back request is denied. This makes the denial official and does not leave the official hanging.
