New Availability Graphical Matrix View
It would be fantastic for a graphical matrix view where it lists all officials down the rows and 31 small columns in a grid view that are color coded to show availability as Green (all day), Blue (partial), Red (none that day). It would help at a single glance see what officials are making themselves mostly available. The current excel export does not allow for a simple glance to see this and it would help an assignor understand who hasn't even bothered to make themselves available or those who are just being lazy putting every day available only to later keep declining offers. Thanks!

I am happy to provide a spreadsheet example. A simple 3-color keyed graphical view would be invaluable. It would be great however if this were not only an export option for printing, but an onscreen view so that it can be seen on things like iPads/iPhones which won't open excel.
