Allow Officials to create game notes
Officials need a way to post notes to a game. In a situation where the period lengths are not what is being billed for, officials need to be able to create a note to indicate to the system admin that the fees need to be adjusted for a particular game.
I know you have a Game Report option, but this is not an optional item. A game note would not necessarily need to be created for each game.

A very simple game notes feature for officials to be able to add a note that stays attached to the game but does not send out notifications. This is very useful if officials carpool for example - as that can impact mileage paid. Or if a game was delayed, extra innings, etc. Yes, we know there is incident report and that's great, but something simple for officials to add.

After two or more umpires have agreed upon, via phone and several days ahead of schedule, the position each will take and the color shirts and any other pertinent factors, having a note box that when selected, will open up for placement of said notes and in the future before the game, can be reopened to bring back what was agreed upon for that game so in case your not sure which game was agreed upon for what, you have a place to go to refresh your memory.
