Disable Emergency Priority Send Feature with TBA Request
The new Emergency Priority send option associated with TBA Request needs the ability to be disabled globally or allow an administrator to determine who can use it. As it is now readily available, people are choosing to use it when there is no need, and the option has immediately lost its value; when everything is an emergency, nothing is an emergency. Restricting who can use TBA Request is not a viable option, as it takes away the system flexibility for the users. Being that this is a new feature, fixing it asap would be prudent before it becomes completely irrelevant and a useless feature of the system.
