Add a Developer API endpoint to set per-assignment game fees (travel fee, per diem, tolls, other fees) on existing games.
The API already returns travelfee, perdiem, tolls and otherfees per assignment in GET /schedule, but nothing can write them. Payroll adjustments are attached to the user, not the game, so they don't show on game-based invoices. Please add an endpoint (e.g. PUT /schedule/{eventid}/assignment/{assignment_id}) that sets these fees exactly like the manual "adjust game fees" ($) edit, without unpublishing the game or resetting acceptance.
