It would be nice to be able to check off each individual association we want to set, or see, availability for, while logged into one association.
Have each association name show up with a checkbox, rather than the single generic 'apply to all associations' checkbox.

With six or seven associations to manage, and with different levels of tolerance for 'I will skip my kids' event or the family gathering or the work meeting for this game but not for that,' this is really important. It should also be fairly easy to implement (multiple check boxes instead of one).

Instead of having to change your availability for only one or all groups at a time.

If someone is in groups in different cities, they can select the associations they can work for during the week, then select the associations they can work on the weekends.

This would make it a lot easier if you were being assigned from groups in 2 different cities, would love to see this happen!

I am assigned by two organizations on Horizon, and three other organizations not on Horizon.
I would like to log on to both Horizon organizations simultaneously in order to manage availability on one calendar; For instance, Make myself available to organization A, not B - or A for the morning and B for the evening. The current format is prone to scheduling conflicts since I can not see both at the same time. Add to this the other organizations on another web site and possibility for error is compounded.

This would make it possible to group your levels if you're a member of multiple associations (block off youth associations and leave college open on weekends etc) this would be a time saver. Better yet, have a master calendar where you can see your availability for each association on one screen
