Coaches see just the number of officials scheduled
I don't need to see who is actually scheduled, just a confirmation that refs are assigned

I am constantly asked by coaches if their game is covered. It would save me time if this feature is programmed in to Horizon.

Coaches should be able to see beside their game a checkmark that assures them the game has been full assigned with officials. This is the only feature our association requires the teams to be aware of, in case a game slipped through the cracks, they can contact an assignor.
Knowing who the officials are is not something we share in advance, just if the games are covered.

I have had all my Leagues if this could be done so that they know if the games have been filled without showing the names of the officials

in the League Personnel if you could show if the games have been filled example 0 of 3 or 2 of 2

Coaches want to be able to see that officials are assigned to their games. Each game has 2, 3 or 4 officials plus a timekeeper. However, we do not wish for them to see the names. It would be great if they could see that the positions are filled. For example, when they log on, they will see 4/4 meaning their game is covered. If it is 3/4, they will know they are missing one official. this is a handy way of notifying coaches/managers that their games are covered in advance without seeing names. (This is for obvious reasons in minor hockey)
