This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Adding a filter to the Master Game Schedule so we could select a day of the week within a date range

    I would like to pick a specific community or league for a Tuesday for example and the same field number so I could schedule the same umpire on that field all summer long. It makes it easier to schedule instead of just going everyday of the week for that community. We have set schedules for many umpires and then fill in the blanks for the games left over with whoever is available. This would make scheduling even easier for us!

  2. Separate ratings by game codes

    I would like to be able to view the officials that officiate certain game codes and rank them. Now an official that is officiating lower game codes may be doing very well and he is ranked at the top and an official that is officiating higher level game that are more difficult his ratings might not be as good therefore his ranking is much lower. The old idea of apples to apples not apple to oranges.

  3. Automatically update game ID's set by user default.

    Under System Settings>Preferences>Set your own Game ID's. When you chose yes, add a box to add a starting numerical value. So they automatically update every time, instead of needing to add every time.

  4. Allow all assignors the option to receive notifications when officials decline or have not accepted games.

    Currently decline notifications or unaccepted assignments are only sent to the the person that made the assignment. It would be very helpful especially if you have two or more assignors working together that both receive and can view those turn backs, etc.

  5. See date TBA Response was submitted

    With 1000+ players, 70+ umpires, 80+ teams, 50+ games per week, I have a lot of games to assign. I like the TBA system. But with lower level divisions, I need to do some games first-come, first-served assignments. If you could add the date the response was submitted to the TBA screen that appears when you click on TBA in the game assignment function, this would be a tremendous help. You put it on the email you send me of the TBA notification so it is in your system

  6. Reason/Comment accompanying Unassigning an official

    It would be nice (and maybe an easy change request?) to give the Assignor a pop-up that allows him/her to write text of why they are un-assigning a game from an official, when they un-assign someone. This would prevent separate emails or texts/etc, having to be sent. This would be similar to an official giving a Reason when he/she declines/turns back a game

  7. Recognize blocks on moved games

    Please honor blocks when a game is moved to a day that I have blocked out. I've had 2 instances where a game was moved to a day that was blocked out. I was told by my assignor that the site doesn't show a conflict for an official who is blocked when a game is moved.

    Helps to quickly ascertain anomalies with applied blocks and allows for mass edit

  10. Games Same Day Indicator

    It would be nice to have the indicator show the Game Type next to the Game Times that show when hovering over the icon.

  12. Ratings Comments show Date & Game ID

    knowing where you stopped reviewing all of the comments can be cumbersome and time consuming. A simple posted date by the author would be very helpful in one of the columns

  14. Filter Custom SMS Recipients by Availability

    It would be nice to be able to filter umpires that are available/unavailable that are part of a group and then be able to send an SMS message to them. That way, I'm not sending a message to umpires that are already scheduled when trying to fill an open spot.

  15. Edit linked games

    When editing game information can you have the option to update all linked games. So, you don't have to update each game individually.

  16. Hide score in the master schedule if not submitted

    After an official submits a game report, the score shows up on the master schedule... unless the scosre is 0 to 0, then it APPEARS as though no one submitted a game report! How about if you make it so that 0 to 0 scores show up on the master schedule as 0 to 0 once a game report is filed. Thank

  17. System default for teams. Instead of blank put TBA and TBA2 in the teams block or a setting for us to determine the default setting.

    In the member's profile, you can add a tab that show's which super user added the member to our association.

  19. Add ONE column to bill to personal that list their permission/bill to/organization

    When I export my bill to personnel in excel... I need to see what group/organization they correspond with. This is technically the 'bill to' they correspond with. I am making a master list and I can only find out by clicking their profile one by one. It should spit it out just like their town, number or email in the members directory.
