This would be invaluable as an assignor as we use an external accounts team to pay our referees every fortnight but only after they have provided the match sheets.
Being able to centrally mark which matches have been paid would greatly minimise the 'I haven't been paid the right amount' questions.

It should actually be more than a simple check box. There should be an option to run a payroll using the filters. This process would export the spreadsheet and mark the game (and adjustments and dues, etc) with the date and time (instead of a check box). That way, the payroll detail could be re-run with the specific date and time it previously ran. I would a great options for out officials to be able to see exactly what games were paid. It takes the second guessing away and also help prevent a transaction from accidental getting missed.

THIS WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL TO ME FOR I AM PAYING MY UMPIRES IN ONE CHECK FOR ANYWHERE FROM 5 ASSIGNMENTS TO UMLIMITED.

just a simple check box that would allow you to track fees paid and fees due so if you do a payroll report games that have been paid wouldnt show up on a report of fees due to said offical

I would add also being able to see if the user has marked it off as paid tontrack when teams pay directly.
