Create Contact Groups based on distance / region
Allow you to create a contact group of all officials within a certain regional area, maybe by selecting off the map.
I assign as part of a national association and only want to reach my officials in a small area. Instead of going thru the thousands of people one by one it would be much easier to put up the map or sort by distance to select my officials for my group.

I am trying to find the easiest way to send an email to all people in a particular location on your map or adding multiple users based on where they live by displaying the directory and then sorting by location and placing a checkmark beside each in the area that I would like, but there is no option to do so in either location. All I can do is go to Contact Groups and Add a group and then filter through only the names of people which I don't know the name of everyone in our area. Is there an easier way? Thanks. In essence, I want to add all Officials/Timekeepers that live in a particular part of Ontario into the District name Officials or even better separate them based on if they are a Referee or Timekeeper, but having one list is fine if there is no way in separating them based on what they do.

Allow for automatic email group based on the District you are assigned to. So if you are assigned to District "X" for all of your games, then you will be a part of that Email Group which is dynamic as new members are removed and added this will change accordingly so we don't have to maintain it.
If you are a part of more than one district, then you will automatically added to multiple email groups and removed from these groups as your district associations are modified.
This will allow for Districts to send emails within Horizon without having to maintain the members of the group and will make sure that you get a message to all members and not miss anyone.
