On your Incident reports. Please put a drop down that gives a choice between 'CAUTION" (or yellow) and "disqualification" (or red) card.

On your Incident reports. Please put a drop down that gives a choice between 'CAUTION" (or yellow) and "disqualification" (or red) card. That way when I get an incident report I don't have to research whether it is a red or yellow. It would be helpful.
