Allow Team & League Personnel to run payroll reports
Each team and/or league personnel should have access to a payroll report so they can run payroll without the assignor needing to run the report and sending it to them.
In a league with 15 teams, this is a tremendous amount of extra work I would have to do. It would be much easier if each team treasurer could login and get that information themselves.

This is now complete. Coaches and Athletic Directors now have access to generate their own Billing Invoices and/or Payroll Reports. You may enable (or disabled) Billing Invoices and Payroll Reports separately, depending on how much access you want to provide. The new options can be turned on in your System Settings and are currently labeled Feature #26 and Feature #27. A formal System Update regarding this new feature will be published in the near future.
