Customize Incident Report
Most of the things on the incident report look good. For our league - and all of Oregon High School officiating, it is required for a RED CARD EJECTION that a phone call be made to the commissioner that day/evening. It would be nice to have a slot that asks "Phone Call To League Commissioner?"

In Australia, we operate under the rules and procedures governed by IIHF. Would it be possible to have the IIHF Incident Report Template available to make use of this feature in WebRef?

The incident format is way too complicated, with too many checks for valid fields that often have nothing to do with the incident, forcing the referee to place bogus information for times, quarters, numbers, rule number, and other mumbo-0jumbo. We do not need this at all. A simple, single field, where the incident can be described in free form is alll we want or need. This other stuff is just a waste of time and lines of programming.

Add to the "Incident / DQ / Game Misconduct Reports" a drop down box for "Major Only" "Misconduct" "Game Misconduct" and "Game Disqualification" that needs to be selected as part of the report and visible on site. I have the responsibility for Supplementary Discipline in my 3 leagues and adding that will allow me to have know specifically what penalty was called - right now I can tell from the online report. The DQ carries an additional game misconduct for the player and it triggers to me review the incident. Also if an export could be created for me to provide reports to league and coaches would be helpful.
