    Totally agree. The custom fields as currently implemented is kind of useless, because they cannot be used to generate list of umpire for emailing, or sending TBAs to, or anything else. To expand on the request, to be done properly it should allow a "smart" contact group to be defined to include all umpires who have selected values from a given custom field (so one or more value).
