This forum is where you can submit ideas you may have for future improvements to our software systems. All ideas submitted are received and read thoroughly and repeatedly. We do not provide individual responses or detailed status updates on feature suggestions, but all your ideas are valued and considered. Some ideas take just a few days, some will take years, and some may not happen, but they all start by submitting them here. Any ideas you have are welcome!

I suggest you create a feature that ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add Cacneled game info to text messages

    Add cancled game information to text message alerts. It's importing for officials in route to know which game is being canceled without having to pull over and log into HWR.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. Text messages are limited to only 140 characters of information. This is a limit imposed by mobile carriers, not us. So we simply do not have enough room to include that information in text messages. We do, however, include the information in the email notification that is sent out as well so users who receive email on their phone will have the information at their fingertips without needing to login.
